A First Class Facility with extremely capable and caring staff. Treated with utmost care from admission to discharge. Along the way impressed with physicians I encountered as well as a most attentive nursing cadre (wish I cold remember all there names) and PT group. And who said hospital food had to be bad? Special complement to kitchen staff and chef. I would give eleven stars out of ten if I could. Thank you. TWB

My first impression is that I felt like family walking in to the registration desk. They were so friendly, the sitting area OMG I love it. The staff member that I seen offered a hand shake and introduced himself, and we converse the whole time. He kept me talking to calm me because I never had a nerve test before, he’s good.

I would highly recommend Optim Medical Center-Tattnall to anyone who is looking for compassionate, professional and outstanding care. The facility is immaculate. The surgical team is magnificent. The nurses and support staff were exceptional. Care instructions were easy to understand and follow for at home care. They were able to ease my worries and calm my fears about the procedure. - Stanley Wade

Poor doctor understanding of patient complaints. Nurses fly you in and out so fast there is no time to create doctor/patient relationship. Unusual heavy bruising after knee surgery. Bruises both sides of a wrist, inner thigh & collarbone. No contact.

The facility is nice. The check in process was quick. We did not have to wait long to go to the back. We didn't have to wait long to get our labs done either. We were in and out.
