I have had great results at Optim Medical. Starting back in 2017 when Dr Mark Spivey replaced my right knee. Then again 18 months later he replaced my left knee. I was VERY satisfied with the staff and the way I was treated (and they were super nice to my family also) Looking forward to when Dr Casey Spivey will fix my left foot (bone spurs on my heal, and tendon tearing) Two Thumbs up!

My dad has had four blood transfusions this year, and he has been unable to move. Nurse Kristy in preadmitting dep was supposed to call him to confirm his surgery, but instead she had a poor attitude, hung up on him, and then requested that the doctor cancel the procedure. I was also unaware that a nurse can call and tell a patient surgery is being cancelled because she didn't like his tone, without an investigation on what's going on or what was said. Upon arrival, I signed in and took a seat until called to register. After registration I was called to go for an MRI. The tech greeted me and took me to the MRI room. She asked what I need to be comfortable. She did the test after explaining what to expect. Afterwards she assisted me in getting off the table and back into the wheelchair. I was returned to the main area and she took me directly to the car and assisted me getting inside. Great service. The only negative was the large amount of registration paperwork.

Absolutely the best medical practice ever. I’m 69 years old & I’ve spent hour waiting on Doctors appointments. That hasn’t happen in Dr SPIVEY’s office. The staff is always helpful, accommodating & a pleasure. I had a total knee replacement May 14, 2025. Within one week I was good to go in 2 weeks I was driving. I was fortunate to have been referred by a friend, what a blessing it was. You have to put work into recovery however during open hours someone will answer a question. I have been a patient of Optim for years and am very pleased with their staff and quality of care. They spend a great deal of time explaining patient diagnosis, treatment options, and expected prognosis. I highly recommend them.
