My husband saw Mickey and he was absolutely awesome! He took the time and listened to my husband and Mickey also was very clear explaining my husband's x-rays and as he examined my husband's knees he took his time and didn't rush it and he talked to us concerning what needs to be done and what steps to take in doing so. Thank You Mickey!! Also the staff was great and so kind! The wait time wasn't long and we wasn't rushed through with my husband's appointment . We were very satisfied!! Thank y'all and God bless!
Mickey is so kind with his senior age patients. He has genuine patience with us. He answers our questions and gives us the pros and cons of different procedures. If there is a situation that needs additional consultations he recommends an Optim Health physician.
I never have to wait very long and the staff is amazing. I really like Dr. Reyes she takes the time to talk to you about your issues to help you with everything. I highly recommend her to everyone. Sincerely, Lisa Beasley
Saw Heather again today. She is always super nice and professional. Openly listens and engages when you talk. Goes over all your issues and all the the previous treatments that were performed. Discuss new treatment options if needed. Never acts like she's in a hurry to get out room as quick as possible. Highly recommend.
I had my first appointment July 29th and was seen by Heather Miller. My visit was for chronic back pain that I’ve had for over 20 years now. I have a spinal cord stimulator in place and have also had a fusion to my lower discs. My visit was for a consultation to discuss injections in my spine to help with pain.
