The staff at Optim Pain Management are very nice. They strive hard to take care of your needs. They have always been caring and listen to my concerns. They have always been very thorough and made sure I understood what was happening and what the end goal was and how we were going to get there.
I have been going to Optim for pain Management for years. The doctors always listen and do their best to help me with my lower back pain. They don't push procedures on me and understand what I need. I have recently had more pain than usual and they let me decide how to proceed with what works for me.
I love Optim Orthopedics. My aunt has been seeing Mickey McBroom and David Sedory on and off for about 7 months. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and help me understand all of the issues and treatments for the various ailments that have affected my aunt.
We loved Mickey! He was super nice, answered all our questions and made us feel better. Great staff as well.
