Optim Pain Management is the best! I always have a great experience from when I first step thru the door and interact with the front office staff to the great nurses to seeing physician Assistant Scott to Dr. Hegarty. I feel that they actually listen to me. I so appreciate that! They've really have tried everything they could with the latest technology available to them to alleviate my chronic back pain and I'm so grateful.
The front desk people are awesome. They set the tone for the entire visit. In the treatment area, everything was carefully explained and there appeared to be no rush. The medical care is top drawer! I wish other practices could copy this culture.
Dr. Hegarty is the best! He's so compassionate that he says "Ouch" each time I get trigger point injections in my back. His PA Scott Schnaible is also top notch, and the office staff is always friendly.
I had a flair up and needed a si joint injection. I was able to get an appointment the next day. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. My injection was scheduled promptly for the following week. Dr Diaz and his MA were great. So glad to be able to get an injection quickly and stay off of those pills.
Dr hagerty is always a pleasure! Been seeing him 20 years! He isn’t just my doctor, he is also someone I can call a friend! Great doctor and always has time for his patients!
