I'm always greeted.with a smile from the front desk staff. They are polite, professional & knowledgeable of any questions I may have. I definitely appreciate the way they treat me as a person not just another body to shuffle through their office which is my experience quite often at other offices.
Optim Pain Management is the best! I always have a great experience from when I first step thru the door and interact with the front office staff to the great nurses to seeing physician Assistant Scott to Dr. Hegarty. I feel that they actually listen to me. I so appreciate that! They've really have tried everything they could with the latest technology available to them to alleviate my chronic back pain and I'm so grateful.
From the beginning, at check and until after seeing Paul everyone was nice and professional. Paul was very attentive and listened to my medical concerns. He also advised me on what he was doing and when he would start. I was a little nervous so I appreciate him for this. Thank you

The front desk people are awesome. They set the tone for the entire visit. In the treatment area, everything was carefully explained and there appeared to be no rush. The medical care is top drawer! I wish other practices could copy this culture.
