The staff was very friendly, and professional. This was my first visit to Optim Primary Care in Metter. From reception to checkout, I was treated well, and everyone had smiles on their faces. Dr. Wickstrom treated me with respect. He did a thorough exam and started making a plan for treatment. He is genuinely concerned about my health, and well-being, and how he can make my life better and more healthy.
I had a great doctor appointment. Everyone was great. The doctor listened to my questions and concerns. Thank you again.
He seems to listen to everything I have to say. He is actually down to earth. He actually got my skin problem right when I was told other things by different doctors is cleared up now.
I needed a new provider for my 88 yr old Mother I had heard how good he was so I made a appointment and yes it was great.He asked her all about her background and all her health issues.He was so concerned and caring towards her.Im even thinking about changing him to my primary dr.We would recommend him to anyone that needs a great and caring Dr.
Absolutely loved the Dr. he took his time and paid attention to my concerns. And shared his thoughts of what we should do. Very glad that I went in to see him. Love the People there!
