The staff was very friendly, and professional. This was my first visit to Optim Primary Care in Metter. From reception to checkout, I was treated well, and everyone had smiles on their faces. Dr. Wickstrom treated me with respect. He did a thorough exam and started making a plan for treatment. He is genuinely concerned about my health, and well-being, and how he can make my life better and more healthy.
I needed a new provider for my 88 yr old Mother I had heard how good he was so I made a appointment and yes it was great.He asked her all about her background and all her health issues.He was so concerned and caring towards her.Im even thinking about changing him to my primary dr.We would recommend him to anyone that needs a great and caring Dr.
Dr. Wickstrom really cares about his patients and gives excellent care. The nurses Mikia and Penelope are professional and do a awesome job!
I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve visited this office, my family included. They get you in quickly, and Dr. Lee truly takes the time to listen and ask thoughtful questions. He really makes sure he understands how you’re feeling, which is something you don’t find everywhere. The nurses are always kind and professional, and the entire building is clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for attentive and compassionate care.
Dr. Whickstrom is so great! I’m so glad he came to Metter! The staff have always been so good to us! Penelope and Nakia are rockstars!
