Dr. Kamaleson was very kind and attentive. My anxiety was high and he took time to explain everything to me to let me know what would be happening. He was very honest. I am recovering from surgery and hoping for the best outcome. The office staff is so kind and amazing. Every time I go to my visits, I feel like I am in the best hands. I have been to other offices where the staff have been very rude and nasty, but not with Optim orthopedics. I've been treated with nothing but the upmost respect..
The Staff and Dr Hegarty are top notch! I can relax because I know they have my best interests in focus. Pain is gone 2 -3 days after injection and stays gone for 3 months. Thanks
I had toe surgery performed by Dr Nicholson two weeks ago. The staff at the surgery center were all very professional, attentive and kind. The surgery center was very clean.Also, I highly recommend Dr Nicholson for foot surgery. He operated on my other foot six years ago and it went very well. I do wish Optim had a surgery center in Bluffton. The ride home after outpatient surgery…in traffic is no pleasant…especially when there is an accident.
Everything about my nerve block went very well. From the staff who checked me in to the nurses who helped me everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Hegarty explained the procedure in detail and was so good I barely felt anything for the series of injections for the block. Great team at Optim!
It’s like an assembly line, but with people. Overcrowded waiting room. Terse and uncommunicative physicians. Billing is horrible. I had to pay what the insurance didn’t before being checked in. Nearly a year later I get a statement saying I owed the exact amount I paid before the treatment.
