Processing times of 3-4 weeks! That’s nuts even for a “small business”. Follow up was awful and accepting ownership of shortcomings even with presented evidence of communication. This could be all the reasons why they continue to be a “small business”. Some people just aren’t capable of running businesses. The only time I received a response was when I finally reported it to my credit card company. Miraculously sudden action lol
Very fast shipping! Well packaged. Beautiful items. FYI: these are natural stone items and are subject to Mother Nature. While I love the ones sent to me they look completely different than the photos of the ones online. Just something to be aware of.
This is an AMAZING store! I visited in February from out of state, and was so impressed with not only the selection, but the helpfulness & friendliness of the employees! I have ordered from them since then, and shipping is fast and the product selection impeccable!
