So grateful for Opulence! I needed to update my Dux mattress of 27 years and Neal was terrific! He knew exactly what I needed checked my purchase history, gave me great advice and took a great deal of personal time to make sure the mattress and bed were completely right and lovely with Tanda’s help in selecting all the bedding linens! They are great people and my whole experience was exceptional and I’m so pleased and happy!
Buyer beware. This business has the most restrictive return policy I think I’ve ever seen. I ordered a beautiful robe for my elderly mother that was received by me the week before Christmas and given as a gift for the holiday. It was luxurious and lovely, but it didn’t fit her. Obviously, I couldn’t have known within three days of receiving that I would need to return it. Their policy is that a return authorization needs to be requested within three days and they need to receive it within 7 days after the RA is issued. As i... read more

From the outside, it's unassuming—but inside, it's special: high-quality butcher on the left, Lux mattress shop on the right, and it kept revealing itself ! Premium bedding, sleepwear, and luxury intimates. Standout service from Keelan (college student)—professional, super helpful, and an absolute pleasure. I'd hire her in a heartbeat! Highly recommended!
