Buyer beware. This business has the most restrictive return policy I think I’ve ever seen. I ordered a beautiful robe for my elderly mother that was received by me the week before Christmas and given as a gift for the holiday. It was luxurious and lovely, but it didn’t fit her. Obviously, I couldn’t have known within three days of receiving that I would need to return it. I was treated like a long-time customer from the start! I contacted via phone for a Duxiana product - very knowledgable and highest level of relatability, care, and service.
Processing times of 3-4 weeks! That’s nuts even for a “small business”. Follow up was awful and accepting ownership of shortcomings even with presented evidence of communication. This could be all the reasons why they continue to be a “small business”. Some people just aren’t capable of running businesses. The only time I received a response was when I finally reported it to my credit card company. Miraculously sudden action lol

So glad you are carrying Frey products! I have used these products for at least 5yrs until orders were taking 4-7 Months to arrive. Yes, their scent has lessened each year, but I. STILL love the scent and quality of cleaning from many other products.i have missed my Frey. Thank you! Ordering was easy, even with the outside color change in one of the products.
