Ease of ordering and shipping out the same day was INCREDIBLE! The only reason I almost gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because of a shipping charge of $15 for something that might weigh 6 ounces.
I have ordered some discontinued Anne de Solene pillow cases from Opulence of Southern Pines and got them very quickly and at a great price. Customer support was very helpful also.
I was treated like a long-time customer from the start! I contacted via phone for a Duxiana product - very knowledgable and highest level of relatability, care, and service.
Processing times of 3-4 weeks! That’s nuts even for a “small business”. Follow up was awful and accepting ownership of shortcomings even with presented evidence of communication. This could be all the reasons why they continue to be a “small business”. Some people just aren’t capable of running businesses. The only time I received a response was when I finally reported it to my credit card company. Miraculously sudden action lol
