I wish I remembered the employees’ names! My husband and I visited your store together where I got ideas from your sales person for gifts, but we did not buy. Yet, the questions she asked and ideas and enthusiasm about the ideas shared, stuck with me. I placed an order of “cozy socks” for my daughter-in-love for Christmas and one of the colors wasn’t going to be delivered on time. I was notified by Beth from customer service and she helped me with another color to ship out with my original order. I appreciate the personalization and care in letting me know the details of my purchase/delivery. Professional and very friendly!
I could live in this store! The most luxurious and wonderful home items for decorating and furnishing. The towels are simply the best I've ever found. I am so glad to have found Opulence...it will be a destination store for me and my friends.
I placed an order with Oppulence which ended up being the wrong product. Beth one of the employees personally contacted me and followed through until the item was returned refunded. I will definitely order from this retailer again soon.
