We recently took a trip from Pinconning to Waterford for my cousin to have her wisdom teeth removed. The office is easy to find, the space is very clean, the staff ( front desk, nurses, and Dr) were all so kind! The surgical prep process was very well explained and quick. They did a fantastic job. I have to say, what I expected to be one of the most unpleasant and uncomfortable experiences — being told I needed a sinus lift — turned out to be far better than I ever imagined, thanks to the staff and Dr. Meram. Dr. Meram was patient, kind, and incredibly comforting throughout the entire process. He even personally followed up with me the next day to make sure I was feeling okay, which truly meant a lot. I would give this place 10 Stars if it was an option! The kindness that they showed my son and myself was impeccable and Beyond what I could have imagined. They made a hard decision much easier. The professionalism combined with the care was super super awesome during a very trying time in my son's life. I highly recommend this place. The staff went out of their way to make us feel like family.
I had a great experience with Dr. Meram and his staff. They were warm and comforting, knowledgable and made me feel safe. I would highly recommend him and this practice to anyone needing oral surgery!
These guys are great l. Thanks to the doctor. He was very good at what he does. And pain free after my tooth take out easily! Also too thanks to Cathy and Lisa for assistance and thank you to entire staff that where there on my surgery. I appreciate everything thank you. Very happy Customer here
