Every person I encountered in the office was very friendly and attentive. Dr Pinsky evaluated an issue I had with an implant, was very professional and honest, but not pushy regarding treatment he felt that I needed. After a couple of days of thinking it over, I decided to go ahead with the treatment he recommended. It was clear afterwards that he made the right call. I appreciated his experience and expertise.
My son (12) had needed an extraction for over a year - his dental anxiety had derailed an attempted filling at his normal dentist, and as a result, we were referred to OFSM. When we arrived, my son was ALL nerves. At every step from reception, to introductions, to sedation, to extraction, to recovery, each and every member of the staff was compassionate, courteous, attentive, and supportive. I had an exceptional experience with Dr, Pinsky and his team. They were very professional and kind. They made me feel very comfortable before and during the procedure. My recovery has gone well. I highly recommend this practice.
The staff is wonderful and friendly all around. Very professional and helpful. Dr Meram is very friendly and is great surgeon. He is thoughtful and asks if I have any questions multiple times to insure that all my concerns are be answered. Overall a great experience.
After reluctantly making an appointment to have two teeth removed in preparation for implants, I was pleasantly surprised by this experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr Pinsky was great. It was virtually painless and he obviously knew his stuff. Based on my experience, I would recommend this practice.
