This place was very professional. It was my first time ever having a surgery, I thought it was very well done. The doctor was very kind to me and the nurse was willing to answer any question or concern I had without hesitation. All I kept saying was everyone smile. I didn't feel pressured or worried at all cuz I was a little nervous but they presented a good environment for me. Well, I think what's funny is after I came to from the anesthesia. It is of course never fun to have surgery but this location was amazing. I felt nervous at first but everyone was nice and kept asking me about my summer and what I’ve been up to for distraction until I knocked out. Highly recommend if you need any work done!
When i say im big into great customer service i mean it and when it comes to the staff , i was very pleased!!! Everyone was so friendly, professional and took their time explaining everything to me. Didnt feel rushed out by the staff and really appreciate them taking their time in the time frame allowed to take care of me ! Highly recommend coming here ! Thank you staff !!! Ladies at the desk, beautiful and kind and Dr. Swanson soft spoken and kind !!!
The office staff and techs were fantastic. Dr Swanson has the best chairside manner and very gentle. Took great care of me and I left feeling I had the best care possible. Highly appreciated and recommend.
The oral and facial surgery center of Washington did an outstanding job from the first time I walked in until I left from the front desk to the doctors assistant, and the doctor need to be recommended for their good job and kindness. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to have Surgery.
