The lady was AMAZING, I honestly don't remember her name. But she was great, nice, and lent an ear to my overwhelming life. She was very thorough and informative. It was quick. The doctor himself was nice, they were accommodating to everything I needed and gave me a full run down of all the things that'll happen, what I'll need to do for care, and who will be in the room when I am put under for a wisdom teeth extraction. Luckily I only have 3. 😊
This place was very professional. It was my first time ever having a surgery, I thought it was very well done. The doctor was very kind to me and the nurse was willing to answer any question or concern I had without hesitation. All I kept saying was everyone smile. I didn't feel pressured or worried at all cuz I was a little nervous but they presented a good environment for me. Well, I think what's funny is after I came to from the anesthesia. It is of course never fun to have surgery but this location was amazing. I felt nervous at first but everyone was nice and kept asking me about my summer and what I’ve been up to for distraction until I knocked out. Highly recommend if you need any work done!
The staff are very loving and caring & wonderful to be able to trust with my teenage daughter. She enjoyed her experience despite having her 4 wisdom teeth out all at once. Even 4 hrs after & she's doing fantastic. Dr. Swanson even called to check on her!
The office staff and techs were fantastic. Dr Swanson has the best chairside manner and very gentle. Took great care of me and I left feeling I had the best care possible. Highly appreciated and recommend.
