All of the staff I interacted with was AMAZING! From the scheduling & the assistants, to the doctor, they made the whole process "painless"! Literally...haha! Seriously, from scheduling me to be seen and taken care of as quickly as they could to making me feel at ease throughout the whole procedure, they were the best. Very nice. The staff didn’t seem disorganized at all!! Big plus! The Doctor was friendly and comfortable to be around. My visit and surgery went well. Thank you. The only thing was your wait time. Plan on a little longer than expected if you need to be elsewhere. Overall a great experience.
Everyone was extremely polite and friendly. Dr Hastings is excellent. She explained how the procedure was going to happen and genuinely cared about my health issues. I recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery.
Excellent experience. Everyone from start to finish was extremely professional and super nice. Dr. Duke immediately identified my problem and handled it in the same visit. He was very gentle and explained every step of the procedure. He answered all my questions and provided clear after care instructions and supplies to get me through the day caring for my wound site. Well worth the 2 hour drive to get there, I will definitely return if I need other work they can do and wil definitely recommend to all my friends.
Dr Hastings is very professional with exceptional talent in her field. She took great care in removing a failed root canal tooth that was in my sinus cavity. From the IV to waking up, I think 20 minutes passed. She was very nice, patient, informative, helpful answering any questions and easing any anxieties. I just had the surgery yesterday- zero pain & minimal bleeding. Highly recommended! Would use her expertise again. AAAA+
