Dr. Burks and staff were wonderful. Everyone was very attentive, explained everything thoroughly and after surgery Dr. Burks called to check on my recovery. The entire team at OMS made it a very good experience. I highly recommend OMS.
Professional and personaliized service provided by all staff. Dr. Burks was very open to questions and provided excellent follow up. He made sure to ask if I had questions before procedures and detailed everything he was going to do. His assistant, Lindsey, is a true gem. She made room on the schedule twice for my procedures and gave such caring service. Highly recommend this great group of oral surgery professionals.
Dr.Burk is the Absolute best. He took both kids wisdom teeth out. He is so caring. He even called after hours to check on them to see how they were doing. I appreciate is love and compassion for his patients
All of the staff I interacted with was AMAZING! From the scheduling & the assistants, to the doctor, they made the whole process "painless"! Literally...haha! Seriously, from scheduling me to be seen and taken care of as quickly as they could to making me feel at ease throughout the whole procedure, they were the best. Very nice. The staff didn’t seem disorganized at all!! Big plus! The Doctor was friendly and comfortable to be around. My visit and surgery went well. Thank you. The only thing was your wait time. Plan on a little longer than expected if you need to be elsewhere. Overall a great experience.
