Dr gray, nurses and office staff are wonderful. Just like dr offices used to be. Professional yet personally involved in your welfare. They are kind, genuine, and they treat you like family. They make sure you are doing alright during and after your procedure. To put your mind at ease the nurses explain every step as they go, even though they have said and preformed it a thousand times. All 3 of my kids have had their oral surgeries done here over the years and every time was a great experience. Most recently, my son who is type one diabetic was very well cared for. The entire team of staff is professional and organized. You will have all the information you need before and after the procedure. Someone always calls later that day to check on the patient too.

This is not a good place for ANY college student to come to! I made an appointment with this office because I previously confirmed that it was in network with my insurance. After the initial consultation for wisdom teeth removal, I received a bill for an estimated cost "after insurance was filed". When I was given the price, the office never mentioned it was self-pay coverage. The surgeon and all the staff were kind, patient, and attentive. They were all informative, and Dr. Gray let me know what was going on every step of the way during the process. They all helped me to feel comfortable and secure, and I had confidence in their abilities.

My words just cannot fully express how professional and compassionate my Dentist Dr. Pollock and his team made me feel after having a tooth extracted. I’m normally afraid of a dentist from past bad experiences but Dr. Pollock came through for me. I did not feel any pain throughout the procedure and all along he explained everything that was going while engaging his staff. I am in good hands at Oral Surgery Associates & Dental Implant Centers in Athens, GA. They are making my smile prettier 😁
