Dr gray, nurses and office staff are wonderful. Just like dr offices used to be. Professional yet personally involved in your welfare. They are kind, genuine, and they treat you like family. They make sure you are doing alright during and after your procedure. To put your mind at ease the nurses explain every step as they go, even though they have said and preformed it a thousand times. They explained everything to me and were very professional in all phases of setting up for surgery. The surgery was done and I’m happy to say I’ve healed and all is good with my recovery. I totally recommend this company and their excellent staff for the care that I received. Awesome process from start to finish!!!!!!!
My words just cannot fully express how professional and compassionate my Dentist Dr. Pollock and his team made me feel after having a tooth extracted. I’m normally afraid of a dentist from past bad experiences but Dr. Pollock came through for me. I did not feel any pain throughout the procedure and all along he explained everything that was going while engaging his staff. Rebecca was the first person I spoke with and she was amazing. We were seen in a timely manner had wisdom teeth extracted and recovered very quickly. I highly recommend Dr.Pollock and his staff.
What a great team of professionals! Dr. Gray is very personable, extremely thorough and makes me feel at ease in his office. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Gray in particular.
