This place has the worst coustomer service in the front desk ever, I’ve tried getting my wisdom teeth out twice now and they keep on telling us new stuff they never cared to mention before at this point we’re taking our business somewhere else like who the in the hell has 2 grand to spend out of know where with no prior knowledge that they didn’t work with our insurance even when a family member went there under the same insurance and didn’t have to pay a dime
RecommendedI went to the Covington office for two teeth, both of which were cracked. I elected the local vs getting put to sleep. My surgeon was Dr. King. It was the most painless surgery I have experienced . I just started my fourth day post surgery and have minimal discomfort. Need- less to say I can recommend the services. The oral surgeon we saw was great; however, the office staff told me that we were not in their network and I was made to pay the entire cost upfront. I received the EOB from my insurance and we are in network and I shouldn’t have had to pay the $4500 up front! I should’ve only had to pay $695!!! I have called their office several times to inquire about this (to get reimbursed) and I keep getting transferred to a different person. I have left several messages and no one has called me back. My wisdom tooth (already erupted) cracked so I had about a week to get an emergency removal. I scheduled for the Roswell location of Oral Surgery Associates & Dental Implant Centers because it was in-network. When we arrived for my surgery, we were told that they didn’t have me on their calendar. Turns out they put me on the calendar at their Buckhead location on accident. My doctor was lovely, i recovered just fine. The front desk staff (mainly carla) lied to me about the OSHA policy, refused my request to ask the doctor about my surgery and now im being racially profiled by being told if I attempt to come collect my records the police will be called. I am reporting my surgeon to the medical board which breaks my heart because it is not his fault.
Dr Lewis is Amazing hands down!😊 My roots are extremely long and was awake through the entire procedure but he took awesome care of me. Little scary at first but I did well. The staff was so awesome and I do recommend them if you need dental work done. Excited about the next phase. Thanks Dr Lewis for taking care of me today!💓
