My experience was great , the reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because I was not notified about my initial visit. My visit was to have a tooth extracted. When I walked into that office O was so nervous, believing that I would have an extraction. But that was not the case. That was only a consultation. There would be another appointment to have my tooth extracted.
I had an amazing experience at this dental office! I came in early morning. The team was very comforting and professional. I really felt like they cared! I highly recommend this place!! And I was done in no time. My procedure was on yesterday Friday 28. I am now home and healing ❤️🩹 nicely. Great experience! I was going to move back to Md. Just from my dental experience I think I will stay!
This experience was wonderful. I got an appointment within days and was able to get my tooth extracted the same day as my consultation. The staff was professional and courteous. Jerry was an absolute gem!! Kind, professional, and thorough. As an out of state patient, I couldn't have had a better experience!
The Doctor maybe good, but the front desk not so much. Account numbers were provided and they need mailing addresses? Other providers have lists of this information. Your Main appointment line verified my insurance status as valid, you said it is not. Thanks for wasting my time.
I had my wisdom tooth removed, this was the best experience I ever had being at the dentist office. The whole team did an outstanding job!. I never experience any pain throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this office for all their dental surgery needs. Great job!.
