I was super scared to get my wisdom teeth removed, but the experience was much better than I expected! The entire staff was incredibly nice and the procedure was very quick. Dr. Chandran was amazing—he answered all of my questions and really made me feel comfortable before we started. Best of all, I had no pain or swelling after the surgery and felt completely fine. If you're nervous about your extractions, this is the place to go!
I was referred to Snellville Oral Surgeon by my doctor and had my appointment scheduled for 2:00 PM. I arrived early at 1:50 PM, checked in, gave my information, and sat down. The waiting area was pretty full, which I understand, but what I don’t understand is the complete lack of communication and acknowledgment from the staff. I was referred here through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was short and not welcoming. The staff member who took my X-rays was also not pleasant—very abrupt, asked questions quickly, and walked out without any guidance or reassurance. I brought my adult disabled daughter here to have her 4 wisdom teeth removed, and I can't say enough good things about them. From the front office, to the anesthesiologist, nurses & Dr. Ravi I was very impressed with their compassionate care of my daughter! Everything went so quickly and smoothly. My experience was really great! I was scared to get all four wisdom teeth extracted but Dr. Lewis III was amazing and so were his assistants! Quick and efficient surgery. The recovery went smooth as well and the front office team was very direct & friendly. Martha helped coordinate my appointment. She along with the rest of the team were wonderful. I highly recommend this location! 😊
