As a Blue Cross in network provider this practice is required to not bill a member (patient) more than the allowed amount. I was overcharged $412.66. When I went to the office to discuss they said it is handled by the corporate office. When I asked for a phone number, they said we don’t have one!!!! WHAT??? Do NOT use them for your oral surgery without understanding their billing process. It seems very low handed to me and I will continue to fight!
