My general dentist referred me to Dr. Smith by saying he is who he’d recommend to his family, and now I understand why. Dr. Smith’s years of experience allowed me to feel confident in his ability to take care of my issue. He was happy to discuss options with me and to explain why some were better for me than others. My extraction procedure was painless, pretty quick, and his staff worked through it like a well-oiled machine. I will return to Dr. Smith for my restoration work.
Dr. Ferguson and his staff were extremely kind and nurturing the entire time. They understood my apprehension to have the procedure done and made sure that I was relaxed the entire time! They addressed all of my questions and ensured my understanding of what would be done! It was definitely a positive experience.
The Best !!! I have had several oral procedures with Dr Ferguson @ his Gretna Office. Very Friendly & Professional Staff !!! All your needs are met pre and post surgery, any & all questions answered + Videos, and all medications will be discussed, prescriptions were written and handed to my Mother upon discharge. I highly recommend Dr Ferguson for all your Oral Surgery Needs.Follow up call was placed evening of and day after procedure.
The procedure went well but the post op instructions could have been more detailed. I did not know I was getting several prescriptions until I was already home. By the time the pharmacist had them ready it was almost 3 hrs since I left the office. I did not receive any suggestions on best way to clean the opening. I tried to call office but received no answer.
This practice is predatory and will try to ruin your mouth and your credit. My husband was referred due to a dark spot on x-ray in his jaw. When he went for his appointment he was informed that insurance might not cover the testing. He offered to pay up front for services. He was not allowed to. Fast forward to several appointments later, he still doesn’t have a definitive diagnosis, and insurance has finally denied payment for the appointment.
