I had a great experience with this office from start to finish. I was extremely nervous about having my wisdom teeth removed, but the entire team was kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the process. Dr. Ferguson took the time to explain everything, and even at my follow-up when my packing was removed, he checked the area and made sure everything was healing well and showed me exactly how to care for it at home. My general dentist referred me to Dr. Smith by saying he is who he’d recommend to his family, and now I understand why. Dr. Smith’s years of experience allowed me to feel confident in his ability to take care of my issue. He was happy to discuss options with me and to explain why some were better for me than others. My extraction procedure was painless, pretty quick, and his staff worked through it like a well-oiled machine. I will return to Dr. Smith for my restoration work.
Dr. Ferguson and his staff (especially Dee) are top-notch. They were able to explain things during the consult and before the procedure in a way that was easy to understand without being condescending. They also have confidence in what they do which put me at ease. I was assured and reassured numerous times and everything went off without a hitch. Thank you Dr. Ferguson and team. You helped me overcome some anxiety and made this a positive experience.
Dr. Ferguson and his staff were extremely kind and nurturing the entire time. They understood my apprehension to have the procedure done and made sure that I was relaxed the entire time! They addressed all of my questions and ensured my understanding of what would be done! It was definitely a positive experience.
The Best !!! I have had several oral procedures with Dr Ferguson @ his Gretna Office. Very Friendly & Professional Staff !!! All your needs are met pre and post surgery, any & all questions answered + Videos, and all medications will be discussed, prescriptions were written and handed to my Mother upon discharge. I highly recommend Dr Ferguson for all your Oral Surgery Needs.Follow up call was placed evening of and day after procedure.
