My general dentist referred me to Dr. Smith by saying he is who he’d recommend to his family, and now I understand why. Dr. Smith’s years of experience allowed me to feel confident in his ability to take care of my issue. He was happy to discuss options with me and to explain why some were better for me than others. My extraction procedure was painless, pretty quick, and his staff worked through it like a well-oiled machine. I will return to Dr. Smith for my restoration work.
Dr. Ferguson and his staff (especially Dee) are top-notch. They were able to explain things during the consult and before the procedure in a way that was easy to understand without being condescending. They also have confidence in what they do which put me at ease. I was assured and reassured numerous times and everything went off without a hitch. Thank you Dr. Ferguson and team. You helped me overcome some anxiety and made this a positive experience.
Dr. Ferguson and his staff were extremely kind and nurturing the entire time. They understood my apprehension to have the procedure done and made sure that I was relaxed the entire time! They addressed all of my questions and ensured my understanding of what would be done! It was definitely a positive experience.

All your needs are met pre and post surgery, any & all questions answered + Videos, and all medications will be discussed, prescriptions were written and handed to my Mother upon discharge. This practice is predatory and will try to ruin your mouth and your credit. My husband was referred due to a dark spot on x-ray in his jaw. When he went for his appointment he was informed that insurance might not cover the testing. He offered to pay up front for services. He was not allowed to. Fast forward to several appointments later, he still doesn’t have a definitive diagnosis, and insurance has finally denied payment for the appointment.
