Orange Auto Transport's attention to detail in arranging the transport of my classic car was superlative. Their office staff, Amanda, Penny, Tiffany and Travis, did a great job in scheduling the transport on the date I requested. In addition, the transport team, Kevin and his brother at Park and Transport, did an excellent job in delivering my car in an enclosed trailer. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Run! Called for a quote and spoke with Penny, who has a very nasty attitude. I spoke with her over days and EVERYTIME I asked a question about my order it was met with very condescending responses. She even called back and threatened to cancel my order without my request. Found Orange Auto Transport on-line and shipped a vehicle cross country and my experience with this company was exceptional from the initial contact throughout the transport. Met with some unfavorable practices by a driver who insisted on a gratuity at the time of delivery and when this was brought up to Orange Transport they immediately reacted to confirm this is NOT required as part of their services and credited my account.
