I read another parents review and found that Orange Auto Transport is hands down THE best customer service for the cost of the service. The booking to quote to pick up went perfectly…car was delivered across country in 5 days, two day faster than the estimate. My son found the delivery and drivers to be great. Orange Auto Transport's attention to detail in arranging the transport of my classic car was superlative. Their office staff, Amanda, Penny, Tiffany and Travis, did a great job in scheduling the transport on the date I requested. In addition, the transport team, Kevin and his brother at Park and Transport, did an excellent job in delivering my car in an enclosed trailer. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Run! Called for a quote and spoke with Penny, who has a very nasty attitude. I spoke with her over days and EVERYTIME I asked a question about my order it was met with very condescending responses. She even called back and threatened to cancel my order without my request. It is good karma to give back. I found Orange Transport from Google Maps and the other reviews I read about this company helped my decision making. This is me giving back! I used Orange Auto Transport to broker the deal with the company who picked up my Porsche 911 which I needed shipped from Los Angeles to Georgia. They were super kind and friendly on the phone to help organize everything. Amanda was amazing. I used a Apple Tracker to keep an eye on my car the entire time. This is a great trustworthy company!
I was extremely impressed by Orange Auto Transport (OAT) in the shipment of my car from the west to the east coast. I chose OAT from a dozen different shipping brokers that offered quotes.
