I'm an easy to get along with person. As a business owner, I requested a quote for my customer's collision repair. I encountered nothing but people who rushed me off the phone, didn't reply to my online quote requests and were just plain rude. NEVER again.
These people are the worst. They guy wouldn't get off the phone with his girlfriend long enough to long to say two words then said "can't be fixed, I get new and come back", never to be seen nor heard from again. I called four days later to find that he's never passed the information on so that a new windshield could be ordered. Now, however, the pummel me daily with emails asking for a review of their great service. I think these people are a front for the cuban drug trade.
