I just had the best service with these guys. Wound up with a cracked windshield. My employee had horrible service with Safelite three months ago so I was not really excited to use Safelite, even though my insurance predominantly uses them. In a turn of very fortuitous events, I ran into an orange blossom glass employee named Luke who urged me to investigate his company. My husband had his windshield replaced and the young lady Ms. Ashley was so helpful and polite. We thought we would have to pay our deductible but she informed us about the Florida law that required our insurance company to waive the deductible. The tech was fast and efficient. Our windshield looks great ! Will definitely use them again. Again Ms. Ashley was amazing.
Khalil replaced my windshield quickly, handled the computer calibration, and the customer service team made scheduling and my insurance claim easy. However, I wasn’t told my gas tank needed to be full, so the lecture about it felt unnecessary. The new windshield was left dirty with greasy, black fingerprints on my headliner, and I received a link to leave a review, but to post the review it asks for a tip—which is not standard for mechanics and felt out of line. Overall, solid work but could use more care.
