Technicians Joseph and John demonstrated outstanding professionalism and people skills while replacing our windshield. Amazingly, they completed the installation within 30 minutes. My husband had his windshield replaced and the young lady Ms. Ashley was so helpful and polite. We thought we would have to pay our deductible but she informed us about the Florida law that required our insurance company to waive the deductible. The tech was fast and efficient. Our windshield looks great ! Will definitely use them again. Again Ms. Ashley was amazing.

Khalil replaced my windshield quickly, handled the computer calibration, and the customer service team made scheduling and my insurance claim easy. However, I wasn’t told my gas tank needed to be full, so the lecture about it felt unnecessary. The new windshield was left dirty with greasy, black fingerprints on my headliner, and I received a link to leave a review, but to post the review it asks for a tip—which is not standard for mechanics and felt out of line. Overall, solid work but could use more care.
