Bradley showed up right on time and did a really thorough inspection of the house. He walked me through everything at the end, explained any potential issues in a way that made sense, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, it was a smooth and easy experience. I’d definitely recommend Orange Home Inspections to anyone looking for a reliable home inspector.
Excellent and thorough inspection. I ended up not buying the house based on things Orange found and that I didn't notice during the viewing. These were possible serious issues that could have cost me tens of thousands in of dollars had I bought the house.
