Excellent and thorough inspection. I ended up not buying the house based on things Orange found and that I didn't notice during the viewing. These were possible serious issues that could have cost me tens of thousands in of dollars had I bought the house.
Adam was amazing. He was kind and very thorough. He was willing to answer any questions I had.
