RecommendedOur home in Cut Off, Louisiana took a direct hit from Hurricane Ida, which resulted in much water damage to our home there. Very poor communications since the "changeover".
I came down here for 2 weeks to discover there is SUDDENLY, absolutely NO POOL ACCESS....... this is ridiculous, the contract states POOL....I could not cancel my trip and am so angry....because seriously WHAT is the point of a place in Florida without a pool or pool access......I truly hope all members of the property REFUSE to pay any maintenance fees to Treehouse, THEY are responsible for a pool for all residents of Orange Manor East. No matter what ANY website says there is NO POOL or POOL ACCESS.
