This office exceeded every one of their core values (WE CARE) Exceptional care, professional and gentle! I had an emergency root canal, was in a ton of pain and anxious. Procedure was completely pain free and I was at ease the entire time. I didn’t need any pain medication afterwards (seriously the best root canal I’ve had, if that’s such a thing!) I have a fear of getting any kind of dental work done. Dr. Lindsey Lalonde, Shannon and Lindsay made me feel at ease and did an amazing job! 😁
Dr. Lang is by far the most patient and caring provider I’ve ever encountered. He tells you what he is doing at all times, keeps your mind at ease, and most importantly, so kind to his staff!
I saw Dr Daws for a root canal. He was great! Gentle and made sure I wasn't in any discomfort. He took his time explaining and answering questions. Shannon was probably the best dental assistant I have ever met! She was kind and caring and made me feel comfortable right away. They took what can be an awful experience and made it as good as it could get. Nothing but great things to say about this office.
I received such great care today at Orchard Endodontics! Everyone from the front desk staff, to the Dr. and his assistant, were so professional and kind. They made me feel completely at ease and did everything to make sure my visit was painless. Thank you all for giving the best of care!!
