They were able to get me in for an appointment quickly. I had an infection and needed a root canal. The office had plenty of front door parking. The office was very clean and was nice. The receptionists were very friendly and professional. I did not have to wait long, Dr. Daws and his assistants did a great job. They explained to me what they would be doing and took xrays before during and after to ensure the job was complete. They were nice, made me feel comfortable and even laugh a little. I would highly recommend them.
Office staff are very nice and helpful, very caring which I appreciate. Dr. Lang is nice, thorough, explains things well, and makes you feel comfortable and less anxious. His assistants are top notch and so nice! Great follow up after procedures also. Highly recommend. Great overall experience. They’ve got such a great all around team in this office.
Amazing, Incredible, Wow!!! Who would ever think that going to get a root canal could be enjoyable? Certainly not me. Was I nervous, absolutely! Dr. Daws is unbelievable. He is professional, empathetic, compassionate, and a "real person". He is tuned in with his patients. His assistants, Shannon and Lindsay, the absolute "best-est". I recently had a root canal performed by Dr. Lang. He explained each step of the procedure in a calming voice and with a gentle manner. His assistant, Kailyn, was very efficient, calming and pleasant to have by my side. The procedure was painless. Dr. Lang's entire staff was friendly and appeared that they enjoy their job and surroundings. I would highly recommend Orchard Endodontics.
As a new patient, my first impression as I walked in, I noticed the office was spotlessly clean. I was greeted politely at the registration & they were very helpful in answering my questions. My appointment was on time.  I had the best of care, from the young lady who prepared me for the surgery and assisted the doctor during the surgery. Dr. Lang explained the procedure, & put me completely at ease
