New Construction Buildings Many different units available, from 1,2, or 3 bedrooms. Different views as well, depending on the unit, north, south, east and west with some corner units having views in two directions. Each direction you can see in has its own merits, depending on what you are looking for. Three levels for entry, four doors on each as your neighbors. TERRIBLE *DO NOT DO IT* This has been the WORST experience with an apartment in the entirety of renting. The management company is a JOKE. After you sign your lease you won't be able to get ahold of anyone. The maintenance team has no idea what they are doing. They click workorders off when they are not complete. For example I just had to poop in a plastic bag because they will not come fix my toilet. I went through MULTIPLE freezes since December and my heater is STILL broken.

Current resident Current resident. Ever since the new owners took over, this place has gone down hill. It used to be so quiet and peaceful. Good neighbors, reliable maintenance of the facilities. NOT ANYMORE. Now we have the absolute trashiest neighbors who don't understand that apartment buildings are thin. Let their kids run around being punks, smoke so much weed that MY apartment smells of it. And what does management do? Nothing, just "courtesy calls".
