We recently purchased our first hot tub. After walking in and out of a few places, we decided we needed to do some independent research to ensure we were getting quality. Warning - the only certified repair service for Hot Springs hot tubs is Allspa. Allspa is impossible to schedule service with. I have been trying for four days to simply make an appointment. Our four year old Hot Springs spa has a leak. So much for a warranty if you can't get certified service. Do your research before purchasing!
Oregon Hot Tub was a pleasure to work with. Doug took great care to make sure we purchased the hot tub that would meet all of our needs. Both Doug and Brandon are always friendly and helpful when we have questions regarding maintenance or anything else. We love our hot tub and would highly recommend Oregon Hot Tub!
We purchased our Vanguard hot tub earlier this year, Doug was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. We were on a schedule with the concrete pad continuing to be delayed and Doug helped every step of the way and was very understanding in the delays. I still reach out to him with questions and he's more than happy to share his knowledge. We're beyond happy with our experience and our hot tub!
Excllent experience from start to finish. Doug was very helpful in helping us make our selection, and delivery was a challenging one, but handled professionally and well. Great follow up and customer service even after the sale. Highly recommend.
