We've been considering a new hot tub for a few years. Researched all of the big names.... During that time our local Costco was featuring Oregon Hot Tubs - three years in a row. That impressed me. We thought: the feedback must be positive. So we visited the local store and was not disappointed. Great team. Great prices. And after our first two weeks of ownership we couldn't be more happy with the delivery, installation, and overall experience. The Hot Springs Rhythm - a great product.
Had a truly wonderful experience with every aspect of our purchase. Doug Moser was equally friendly, knowledgeable and a SOFT SELL…In other shops we visited it felt like the Salesperson was part of our group, Doug let us look around at our pace and answered every question - even ones he’s probably heard a number of times - succinctly and with clarity. We ended up purchasing a spa from them largely because of Doug! He even came to our house for the initial chemical set-up… Couldn’t recommend them more!!! Thanks Doug
We purchased our Vanguard hot tub earlier this year, Doug was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. We were on a schedule with the concrete pad continuing to be delayed and Doug helped every step of the way and was very understanding in the delays. I still reach out to him with questions and he's more than happy to share his knowledge. We're beyond happy with our experience and our hot tub!
We recently purchased our first hot tub. After walking in and out of a few places, we decided we needed to do some independent research to ensure we were getting quality.
