Beautiful new showroom with a variety of products. Luke was super helpful and professional with helping me select my new hot tub. Delivery went much smoother than I expected and I’m loving my saltwater hot tub!
The sales rep was dismissive and it seemed like he didn't even want us to be there. He mentioned that it was not his home store and that he had just ordered lunch. He followed us around but did not offer any information or pricing unless we specifically asked. Hopefully the regular sales rep is more attentive. I doubt we'll be back.
From the time I walked in the showroom to when my hot tub was delivered, it all went so smoothly. Luke Wilkerson, who worked with me to find the right hot tub, was wonderful. So informative and I never felt any pressure from him. He was so helpful and made it such a very exciting experience. I was expecting to have to wait a long time to have my hot tub delivered, but it was here within 2 weeks!
