Ian was truly a rock star, super knowledgeable and friendly. Available for calls to talk about setting up and or any other questions. The best sales rep I have delt with. I rarely leave reviews but felt he deserved this on.
Ian has been amazing throughout the entire process of our hot tub shopping, purchase, install and now educating me on how to maintain with ease. HIGHLY recommend the Hot Springs hot tub make sure you ask for Ian, he’s the absolute best!
