Luke was super friendly and helpful when I stopped by. I had been having trouble with my hot tub water for the longest time and he walked me through what I needed to do to get it looking nice again. It’s been so much easier to maintain my hot tub since following his advice. Thank you, Luke!
Luke was incredible! My buddy bought his Aria from Luke and when I found out he had transferred to Hillsborough, I made the drive. Totally worth it! We love our Flair!! You rock Luke!
Walked in to get a quote for a new hot tub. The sales guy was on the phone. Didn't wave or acknowledge us at all, and ignored us for over 15 minutes while we wandered the store. So we left without any info and will shop elsewhere.
Beautiful new showroom with a variety of products. Luke was super helpful and professional with helping me select my new hot tub. Delivery went much smoother than I expected and I’m loving my saltwater hot tub!
The sales rep was dismissive and it seemed like he didn't even want us to be there. He mentioned that it was not his home store and that he had just ordered lunch. He followed us around but did not offer any information or pricing unless we specifically asked. Hopefully the regular sales rep is more attentive. I doubt we'll be back.
