Seth helped me with replacing the pillows on my hot tub and the cover very easy! The process and his excellent knowledge,and attitude made everything go so well. He has great customer service skills! He is an asset to the company!
I recently bought an infrared sauna from Oregon Hot Tub and highly recommend them! Seth was incredibly helpful and responsive and showed real customer care throughout the buying process. The Hillsboro showroom is fantastic and the delivery team was top notch! All around an exceptional experience!
Bought a $17k hottub from them, have followed the questionable instruction booklet they send you, and still have constant issues with the thing. It also cost $85 every time a technician from the hot tub company comes out. My advice would be to get something cheaper from Costco. Yeah it will have issues but so will the expensive ones.
Beautiful new showroom with a variety of products. Luke was super helpful and professional with helping me select my new hot tub. Delivery went much smoother than I expected and I’m loving my saltwater hot tub!
