Tammy is incredible. She helped me pick out the perfect spa for my space, at exactly the price I needed, and helped me find an electrician to get things running swiftly. When I was struggling to keep the water clear, Tammy was immediately responsive and even came out personally to my home to get things running properly. It was time for us to purchase a new hot tub after our 15 year old tub decided to stop working. We went to Oregon Hot Tub in Jantzen Beach and we couldn't have had a better experience with Tammy who helped lead us through all the choices available. Everything was perfectly coordinated---the decision, purchase, delivery, and lessons on our new salt system (we were bromine users before). She went above and beyond and we greatly appreciate all her help! And we couldn't be happier with our new tubbie :)
I recently bought a Tub through Tammy @ Ore Hot Tub and couldn't be more happy. I was a difficult customer & she was nothing short of AMAZING. Being very patient & sending me tubs she thought I would like for months before I finally decided on one. Thank you for not giving up on me. I will definitely be returning for all my hot tub needs.
Went in to see if I could get some help with my hot tub. Tammy was amazing and very knowledgeable. She helped me figure out my chemical balance, sold me some salt, and even called me the next day to make sure everything went well. I would definitely recommend Oregon Hot Tub in Jansen Beach to anybody with hot tub needs.
The two most important things we learned when purchasing our hot tub: 1. Not all hot tub brands are created equal. Online research only goes so far. In-store inspection and “wet tests” of multiple tubs really tipped the scales in favor of Hot Springs. The build quality and massage are superior to other brands that we tested. 2.
