Derrick was great to work with from the get go. Up front we were told it could take 20-24 weeks for our tub to be delivered. Derrick worked his magic and got ours to us in under 8 weeks. We had a few jet covers pop off and their service team was scheduled to repair before the delivery team departed. Derrick also stopped by after the tub was up and running to make sure we knew what we were doing and help with the water treatment. Great from day #1.
We bought our 16’ Hydrospa from Jamie. She had given us her cell and has been responsive anytime we’ve had questions. Always polite and helpful.
Joel helped make sure I got the right stuff to maintain my hot tub. That’s the kind of service you can’t get from Amazon.
The employee ignored us when we came in even though we had questions and tried asking he was engrossed in his phone the whole time. Guess I'll go elsewhere for this big of a purchase lol
Today I had Allspa Spa repair come out to repair my Oregon hot springs spa and my repairman Lonnie was so helpful! He was able to determine the issue and get the spa up and running again. What a delightful man. He was so knowledgeable and experienced it was a joy to watch him work and he was also teaching a new technician. Allspa and Oregon Hot Springs Spas have been handling all my hot tub needs for years. Don’t hesitate to give them a call if you ever need service.
