Today I had Allspa Spa repair come out to repair my Oregon hot springs spa and my repairman Lonnie was so helpful! He was able to determine the issue and get the spa up and running again. What a delightful man. He was so knowledgeable and experienced it was a joy to watch him work and he was also teaching a new technician. Allspa and Oregon Hot Springs Spas have been handling all my hot tub needs for years. Don’t hesitate to give them a call if you ever need service.
I came in for help with spa maintenance. Andrea was amazing in helping walk me through ways to simply care for and maintain my spa! She stopped me from purchasing products I really didn’t need! Willing to let me call her with questions as I needed. Outstanding customer service!
We bought our hot tub here 10 years ago and have come to the store for supplies since. Always had a good experience and especially meeting Andrea today who is very helpful and a great sales person! Mahalo Nui Loa!!
Derrick was great to work with from the get go. Up front we were told it could take 20-24 weeks for our tub to be delivered. Derrick worked his magic and got ours to us in under 8 weeks. We had a few jet covers pop off and their service team was scheduled to repair before the delivery team departed. Derrick also stopped by after the tub was up and running to make sure we knew what we were doing and help with the water treatment. Great from day #1.
Buying a hot tub has been nothing short of overwhelming, so many options to choose from and so many places trying to overcharge me. Jason co has been a god send for us, so much that we actually referred my mother to him for a hot tub! He helped find us the right one, answered all our questions and made suggestions based on our space and lifestyle. He helped us plan out all the chemicals and was super supportive even when we went back to ask more questions. I cannot recommend him enough! We love our hot tub!
