My husband and I bought an awesome hot tub from Oregon Hot tub in Wilsonville, Oregon. Not only have they been here to set up, but will answer any text questions, but send someone out to educate us on chemicals and answer any question. Jack is awesome (so patient). Then Cliff who is the same amazing level as Jack. We would recommend and also would buy again from them.

I was desperate to find a solution to get my hot tub working again. It had just suddenly stopped working and I was coming up empty in all my efforts to figure it out. Fortunately someone shared Jack’s name and suggested he was very experienced and also a great guy! Jack was very helpful and indeed had my hot tub going while I was still on the phone! We bought our Hot Springs tub a year ago from this Oregon Hot Tub location. It was great experience start to finish. Very good team work and care with delivery. Wonderful hot tub! Every one of the reviews below mentioning Jack Nichols are spot on. I just called him with a few questions about balancing the chemicals after draining and refilling the tub. He’s as helpful and knowledgeable as ever !
