We bought our Hot Springs tub a year ago from this Oregon Hot Tub location. It was great experience start to finish. Very good team work and care with delivery. Wonderful hot tub! Every one of the reviews below mentioning Jack Nichols are spot on. I just called him with a few questions about balancing the chemicals after draining and refilling the tub. He’s as helpful and knowledgeable as ever !
Cali was very attentive to our needs and especially flexible on our desired shipping timeline. We purchased the Finnleo NorthStar 5x7 outdoor sauna and just love it!! Read the research about cardio- and neurovascular benefits of regular traditional sauna use.
Our experience with Oregon Hot Tub was fantastic. Jack was amazing. He got us the best hot tub for us. The price was reasonable. His service and help was above and beyond. He is so knowledgeable that he helped me over the phone many times. Jack was always available whenever I needed him. He guided us through setting up our salt system. Even offered to come to my house to help with set up. I will highly recommend Oregon Hot Tub to all my friends and family.
Great store! Cali has been working with us to get our older hot tub useable again. Needed a new cover before any service could be done. It’s a process working through it all but this place is good at giving you advice and assistance. Definitely recommend shopping here for hot tub needs!
Cali has been an amazing resource throughout our hot tub purchase and setup. Their guidance made a big difference, especially as we figured out things like water balance, cover configuration, and technical details during a hectic time at our house. They were always quick to respond and brought in helpful advice—even going the extra mile to consult with colleagues and our builder when needed.
