We had a wonderful experience at the Oregon Hot Tub. From our first visit to our third and then through the process of us ordering our hot tub, Cali was extremely friendly and very helpful - answering the many questions we had and taking the time to showing us all of the options they offer. We were able to find the perfect hot tub for us all based on Cali listening to our wants/needs. No over selling, no pressure, and no pushing us to the wrong product. We ordered a Hot Springs Pace hot tub after almost six months of research and questions (while our patio was being prepared). Throughout the process, Jack Nichols was great at answering our questions and very fast to respond. Delivery was amazing, and within a few days, Jack came down to Salem and walked my son and I through maintaining the tub/chemicals. Afterward, he has continued to be responsive. Great store with great service/people.
