Couldn’t be more happier with our Salt Water Hot Springs hot tub we bought from Jack at Oregon Hot Tub. Jack was super knowledgeable and there was zero pressure to buy. Would definitely recommend this place! Jack came a long way to visit our place and give us a run down on maintenance/care for our new hot tub! The only reason Oregon Hot Tub got a 5* rating is because there was no way to give them a 10*. Jack at Wilsonville outlet has been over the top accommodating to answering my questions day or night or getting me to people who can. And speaking of accommodating, Lonnie, one of the lead techs has been incredible with trouble shooting questions via Zoom. Last week my docking station went out on the hot tub. Very pleased with my new Hot Springs tub. Jack Nichols at Wilsonville was fantastic at helping with selecting a tub in my budget range, and even came to my home to inspect the pad site of my old tub, which was fortunately fine for the new one. His follow-up has been great and I know I can go back to him and Oregon Hot Tub with confidence should any issues arise. I visited several dealers in my research and no one else came close to them for price, quality and service.
Jack was very helpful and came to my house to review my deck location. He determined a crane would be the best way to place the tub on our backyard deck and made arrangements with a company that was very reasonable. I was apprehensive about the salt water system on our Hot Springs Jet Setter but I am very impressed. I have not added any chemicals other than the initial salt and PH adjustment for the first fill-up several months ago. So Cool! Thanks Jack!
We ordered a Hot Springs Pace hot tub after almost six months of research and questions (while our patio was being prepared). Throughout the process, Jack Nichols was great at answering our questions and very fast to respond. Delivery was amazing, and within a few days, Jack came down to Salem and walked my son and I through maintaining the tub/chemicals. Afterward, he has continued to be responsive. Great store with great service/people.
