We had a wonderful experience at the Oregon Hot Tub. From our first visit to our third and then through the process of us ordering our hot tub, Cali was extremely friendly and very helpful - answering the many questions we had and taking the time to showing us all of the options they offer. We were able to find the perfect hot tub for us all based on Cali listening to our wants/needs. No over selling, no pressure, and no pushing us to the wrong product. We had an amazing experience with Oregon Hit Tub and Jack, who steered us right. They’ve been so helpful at every stage (even after install) and we couldn’t be happier.
We ordered a Hot Springs Pace hot tub after almost six months of research and questions (while our patio was being prepared). Throughout the process, Jack Nichols was great at answering our questions and very fast to respond. Delivery was amazing, and within a few days, Jack came down to Salem and walked my son and I through maintaining the tub/chemicals. Afterward, he has continued to be responsive. Great store with great service/people.
My husband and I bought an awesome hot tub from Oregon Hot tub in Wilsonville, Oregon. Not only have they been here to set up, but will answer any text questions, but send someone out to educate us on chemicals and answer any question. Jack is awesome (so patient). Then Cliff who is the same amazing level as Jack. We would recommend and also would buy again from them.
