I have been going here for three years. I have gone to methadone clinics in Washington state New York State, and Texas and now this one in Utah I can say that Orem comprehensive treatment center is the best of all of the methadone clinics that I’ve gone to. I love my Counselor I feel like her and the manager, as well as the doctor actually care about me and my recovery they are fair and honest and have really helped me in my recovery. Update: yet again, all they care about is money. Couldn’t care less about actually helping someone to get treatment or help. Just want to get in your wallet. If you don’t pay the exact day/time they want, they start lowering your dose 20mg a day and then when you pay, they raise it back up 5mg a day. Saying “oh it’s far too dangerous to raise it the same amount we lowered it”. Yeah, that makes zero sense. This place literally saves lives! I transfered from a Chicago clinic 5 years ago. Over the past 5 years I've gotten to know Josh as my counselor and now as the director of the clinic. He has done an amazing job cleaning up and making positive changes to the Orem clinic. These guys don't get the credit they deserve for helping people overcome their addictions. I wouldn't still be alive if it wasn't for these clinic's and there staff.
This treatment program is exceptional, and like anything worthwhile, your recovery ultimately depends on your commitment and effort. When you put in the work, you can expect impressive results. The counselors here have extensive experience and are truly excellent listeners. This clinic provides everything you need to support your journey to recovery.
My husband has been in treatment with them and it was going fine till Sept of last year we got new insurance gave it to them and they didn't tell us till months later that they put us on self pay but they never had him pay when he went in so now we owe them 2 grand and they wont.give him his medicine unless we pay 175 a week which we can't afford and so he pays what he can to get his weekly dose and now they told him today even though he paid 145 that they are not giving him take homes anymore and the front person said they ... read more
