Terrible place, they charged my husband 3x more than the normal rate ($261/week)because insurance changed its deductible rules. Normally it’s $105/week with no insurance. He was told it would be written off, them the Director told him it would take 2 months for them to make a business decision about it, but then only wrote off $300 a week later. I am so thankful that I have had the opportunity to be a part of the Orem team and to be able to work in a place that I know makes such a positive impact on the community. I see people make changes everyday and it's because of the dedication and love that everyone who work here has for their patients. I truly feel that Acadia Healthcare is an amazing company that really cares about the community and those we work with here. I have been working here at the Orem CTC for the past 3 1/2 years and I absolutely love it here. Acacia is a great company to work for, they truly value their employees and clients. I feel that the team here in Orem cares deeply about the recovery and success of each and every one of the patients here and does their best to help them reach their full potential!!
I used to go to the SLC Discovery House cause I used to live in Midvale. I then moved to American Fork for a few years where I was still traveling to SLC to get my meds even though I moved to Springville. I was getting 2 week take homes and I wasn’t fond of the constant overturn of counselors. Having to repeat my story over and over was starting to bother me.
