I cannot recommend Josh and the team at Oresky & Associates highly enough. Nicole, the paralegal also went above and beyond and was so kind and responsive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Oresky & Associates. The paralegals, attorneys and office manager were very helpful and I'm happy to get my settlement. They were always willing to answer the phone and to meet me in person, and were a great support since the moment I was in the hospital and gave them a call.

O & A was an incredible firm to work with, they dug into my case with so much care, and we reached all our goals. Raul was a strong professional who fought for us with such warm support. I definitely recommend them.

Oresky & Associates was great with my case. As I was unable to help myself in this situation, they did great with closing my case within 3 months of my accident occurring. Thank you so much! Couldn’t recommend anyone better.
