Listen!!! Do yourself a favor and do not waste your precious time! Jeremy came out to my home, gave his spill and stated he would email the quote that day, which was April 13th, 2024. After 4 calls to the office and speaking to him personally once, STILL NO EMAIL with the quote! Keep in mind, that I explained, to everyone, that the situation was dire!!! Called to set up service the initial service guy came and was awesome! Before our next service I called to reschedule, but they came on the original scheduled day, the guy that came this time was rude to my wife and said that no one told him we rescheduled so he was going to spray anyways so he sprayed outside and left. I called back to schedule them to come back to spray the inside and check mouse baits, because I had assumed that the previous visit wasn't typical service and was due to some confusion on their end. I was so disappointed in Orkin pest control. They have the nerve to come in to your home, and spray a corner, which took less than a half a second a spray. I told Man he needed to spray the baseboards where the spiders come in. he said the company said that they are not allowed to, I called his boss and he gave me the nonsense stating a law would not allow them to spray my baseboards which was total garbage. I told them if they can't spray where the bugs come in then I don't need them. I would give them zero stars they don't... read more

I've left a review before, but feel I need to give an update on Orkin Pest Control. They have been airing commercials, about what they do. Truly False advertisement, my wife have had them for 5 years, before we called to cancel our Terrible Service. They ask for a second chance, my wife informed them this would be their 3rd & final chance. They said they would get a Supervisor to call us, come out to fix the problem. They never called that day, or Ever! Now the reason we Fired them....they charged us 80.00 every other month,... read more

Pretty poor experience. Called and made a same day appointment so I was pleasantly surprised! The appointment window came and went, and so did my PTO day. I called and rather than apologize they told me that the appointment was made in the call center and that happens ALL THE TIME. But it's ok, because they could get someone out the next day at the same time for & $20 off. No thank you.

Definitely don't recommend this company; they don't communicate well with their workers ; let alone you! they book appointments and don't keep them, and don't call you and don't show up....when you call to confirm you get different stories ;depending on who you talk to; oh and don't get me started on the pricing!!! Oh boy they quote you something over the phone just get you hooked,and then; when the real deal happens is when they come to your home... then they try to socket it to you; so just be aware!!
