I called to ask a question and the manager yelled at me. The most unprofessional person I have ever tried to deal with. I cancelled my appointment. He treated me like dirt. Don't call them, don't hire them.

Horrible customer service. I had an appointment set up for pest control services and called first thing in the morning to confirm and ask a question regarding the technician that would be helping. 40 mins later I receive a call saying they would no longer be coming. Following up later, the manager for VA beach lets me know that the 4 people I had talked to prior who helped me figure out what the right service was for me and who advised me on pricing and set up had all given me incorrect information. Reeeally crappy customer service. I cannot stress that enough. Also, super unreliable. And by that I mean that YOU WILL HAVE TO BE the one to make sure that they are still coming to your scheduled appointment. Like even if you call them asking for something and they say they will do it today or tomorrow, or that they will call someone else to make sure it happens... they won't.
