Inspector Steve showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He took his time going over the entire residence and provided me with a reasonable quotes. I hired Orkin and the first application is Next week. I'll circle back with a second review.

I've been using Orkin for many years. I recently purchased a home which later found out to be infested with ants. Orkin literally came by every week to work on the issue which now has been corrected. This company has proven over the years to be extremely reliable no matter what the issue is.

Dear morde, three weeks already, I asked them to look under the mattress with me. I looked under the mattress with my son. Gentlemen said no, the source is coming from the kitchen. I decided to pull up the bunky board on the platform.And yes, invested with cockroaches.So I just threw out all my furniture.It's funny how you can't get through to anyone on a saturday.I am so mad.I do not recommend this company.Obviously they don't know what they're doing.Supervisor mark told me monday.He would have his experience guy of ten yea... read more

This business is horribly unreliable and continually changes your appointment schedule without your knowledge. This company is literally the biggest stressor in my life to the point that I stopped using them for pest control on a monthly basis, switched to a seasonal basis, and now have quit them all together. Everyone seems very pleasant, but are absolutely horrible with follow through and no one seems to know where the fault lies.
