Terrible experience. I used Orkin in my previous house in South Charlotte and they were great. The issue was 100% the admin staff in North Charlotte. I was getting double billed and met with passive aggressiveness. Each month I was billed a different amount. I called HQ to see what my monthly payment was and was told I had been overcharged each month & to call my local branch to get it fixed.
