When I found bugs in my home I knew immediately I wanted professional help!! I called a local person that came out and told me that I would need to remove everything from my cabinets;inside and out! A loyal customer for 4 years, requested a call from area manager. No call ever came. No one knows what's going on. Was handed off from one person to the next. Had a great relationship with our regular pest control guy. They replaced him because he made a promise to make things right. I called to cancel service and they didn't ask why a customer of 4 yrs. was canceling. Poor customer service all around.
Absolutely horrible service, I set up a program for them to spray inside and outside of my house three times for bugs, well they came the first time but never the second. Then they started calling and leaving voicemails about a month later saying I never paid for my services. I asked them when they came and they gave me a day and said we weren't home so they only sprayed the front of the house. Ok well can you prove it? I had rats in my attic, so I called orkin out to take care of the problem. They sent out one of there techs, he went around the house and in the attic for a bit. When he was finished with his walk through he presented me and my wife with a treatment plan which consisted of putting out poison outside, and putting traps in the attic. They locked us down on a year contract where they came out every two months for a $100 charge and checked the traps and put out more poison.
