Butch and his team were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Repeatedly I made appointments with Terminex to stomp out this growing problem and they showed up once but never completed a quote or kept scheduled appointments. Orkin delivered on their promises. I had rodent and ants problems that arose all of a sudden at my retail store and I chose Peking over other competitors out there as I saw they are not just expensive but also for a good reason which is their aggressiveness towards pests. my partner and I used Orkin in the past! they did a good job helping get rid of our roach problem. we now have gave them a call for a new rodent problem due to our neighbors renovating their house and there rodent problem became our rodent problem. they are doing an awesome job helping us catch these rats, and figure out how we can prevent them from coming back to our home!!! hopefully we never see these rats again !!! They have proven to be a good company, specially the sales representative Farhan. He is a pro and sincere with his work.
Watch out for scams. I had agreed on a fixed price with the agent on the phone before the technician & the "inspector" showed up. The inspector did nothing but raising fear & tried to charge another $8k to get rid of the rodents. I got with another company who helped me solve my problem at a fraction of the cost. Stay away from these guys as they're not transparent & will try to employ dirty fake tactics to empty your pocket.
