I highly recommend a suggestion is to have all service (scheduling, paying bills/invoice, etc.) to be done online. Now a days things are getting tough and everyone is tending to survive. And also we're working hard to save this world that we're leaving in. Now a days post office are slow in delivering mail to where it needs to go on time (before the due date of the payment. With that being said, I want your company to GOPAPERLESS IMMEDIATELY! NO CUSTOMER SHOULD HAVE AN OPTION TO PAY BY CHECK OR WHAT NOT. #GEAUXPAPERLESS
We discovered rodent poop in our attic. I contacted Orkin online. Ron came the next day to check it out. He called before he arrived and arrived on time. He showed me photos and explained his recommendations. The next week, we were able to have our project completed. Again they called beforehand, arrived on time, and completed the job much quicker than expected. They cleaned up the mess. Thank you!

Unprofessional, Terrible service from this location. In hindsight I should have not used Orkin at all and just called the subcontractor directly. I signed a contract with Orkin in May and then was totally ghosted. My date for fumigation was delayed from July to December. My phone calls were not returned despite calling weekly then monthly for 5 months. I was told that the manager would call since my representative was not responding but never received a call at all.
