Five stars for the pest control service, minus -10 for the termite side. long time termite customer. For many years I have had to beg somebody to come out and do my annual inspection. This year, they must have a contest going with their termite employees because in a one month period, I have had over a dozen emails, as many texts and phone calls from multiple employees trying to set up my annual inspection. one actually showed up unannounced and would not take no for an answer. unfortunately, after giving this outfit a chance, they fumbled the ball. Called them to inquire about service, arrived at a price noting the Yelp discount code, contract came, wrong price. inspector showed up early, gave us a bid on repair work for over $15K, said he would e-mail report, which he did not do, so two opportunities to do the right thing, He also stated he would have the price adjusted. Please make the 0 star an option, Yelp! It all started with big bites across my children's upper torsos, as well as on my wife and then me. We noticed tiny poppy seed size bugs on our sheets... off to the urgent care! Complete body lice treatment head to soles of feet with cream for 14 hours. Fog the upstairs with permethrin. Pay hundreds to have linens and furniture covers laundered. Ran tons of loads of clothing laundry. Then we call Orkin. It's a Sunday. After fumigation bait stations and spray treatment still had termites and problem got worse. We had ate up wood everywhere and they wouldn't come out to spray anymore and refused to help with repairs.
