I think this is the branch of Orkin who helped me. Ivan Mendoza bent over backwards to help us and explain everything. yay to bug corpses when we got home from dinner.

Orkin is the not what I expected for a company that claims to be one of the best and top pest control servises. From day one we had nothing but issues. I had pest control service for 18 years at my home up untill a year ago did i stop. I had to start my service again so I call this Okin company. Big mistake. There manage George kept telling me that he had been with this company for 8 years and it is a process. What part of I know it a process don't you understand. I wish I could rate Zero stars. This place is a scam. NEVER do an auto pay on your credit card. For $120 every 2 months, I was guaranteed to rid my property of all types of insects. When I tell you the spiders, flies, ants, and mosquitoes were in FULL force every month I had this service, its the honest truth. I tried to cancel service- they say you can "cancel anytime" but it is a LIE! They send a tech out right away to hard sell and to treat "one last time". Right. After multiple conversations trying to cancel, we're still getting bills. This is insanity. And their 24/7 customer care does not exist. Gave up after an hour on hold.

We used this service for years. Nestor the man who came to do the actual service was great. However when we called to cancel they didn't notify him. He came out the next month. I told him we cancelled and he said it they require a months notice and this is probably the last service we paid for and I said ok. I should have known better and insisted he not do the service. Sure enough we got a full bill. I called to get it cleared up on a Saturday and they said a manager would call back on a Monday. No call back. We got another... read more

Horrible experience. Such incompetence in their billing dept. I paid with check at the time of service and they still charged my debt card not once but TWICE for $2783!! The first time I get it, it was a simple error. I called immediately, they apologized and said they are refunding the additional charge. The next day I wake up to a notification from my bank saying that they didn't refund anything instead they charged my account AGAIN!!! I'm beyond livid. Be sure to read your contract before you sign, I was told over the phone that I would be charged every 3 months what they dont tell you is you will be charged the first 2 months and then every 3 months. Since you have to cancel appointments 30 days before your appointment you will be charged anyway. You cannot cancel 30 days before your 2nd appointment as you do not have enugh time to do so because you next appointment is in 30 days. Let me start off by saying that I did not use Orkin's services. I got a quote over the phone from them and they would not stop calling and texting me. I called yesterday and have since received 4 phone calls and one text from them. Don't ever give them your phone number!

Orkin wont stop harassing us. We do not want to renew our insurance with them because they do not actually check your home. My father is retired and says he sees them show up at the house, park outside for about 30 - 45 minutes and he then receives a letter saying they checked the house. After doing this for a year, they're harassing us to renew our insurance contract, emails, letters, and phone calls. We asked you to stop, please stop harassing us.
