Making an appointment was easy. Great customer service and technician was courteous and on time.
William came out and was very professional in presenting the general pest control program and cost. I felt that it was a fair price compared to the competition, and there was flexibility in making the payments and frequency of future treatments. The technician came out during the window although, the window was not clearly communicated. One suggestion is to be a little more flexible for the mesh to close up open areas in the garage. Let the customer decide as to how much they want. Overall, the service was good.
