I had an infestation of crickets at my house. I called Orkin and it was the easiest process possible. They were extremely helpful and walked me through all my options. I had the pleasure of having Brandon come to my home and walk my through what he saw and what he was doing the entire time. He was extremely responsive and didn't hesitate to answer any question I had.

They don't do free estimates They charge to come out and if you don't let them do the work you don't get your deposit back so don't use them

Rude and disrespectful unable to discuss a VA inspection and said they were busy. In addition could not explain the service they provide and very unorganized STAY AWAY

Never! Called four times in three days. Get a national call center, no one bothered calling me back. After getting a Supervisor involved I was told the local office tried calling me three times, in one day, and got a "busy signal" Really? Does anyone in this day and age still have busy signals? I run my business off my cell phone, how come I got 47 calls from other people on that day? Never again! Orkin had the best reputation in the business... when I was a kid.
