Called on a Sunday for large wasp problem, got a call back from the owner that same day, and had someone out to take care of it immediately on Monday morning! They had extremely prompt communication the entire process, and I didn't even have to be home while it happened! They walked me through why it happened in the first place, how to manage the short-term, and recommendations for long-term. I loved supporting this family-owned business, and will 100% utilize again if I have issues again. Highly recommend!
We have been using Orkin services for a few years now. When I first started looking at pest control it was hard to get a call back but they were the first. They are always honest and helpful giving us tips on how we can prevent the pests on our end. They do a fantastic job I highly recommend them!
I had a wonderful experience! I was very panicked about the infestation at my house and just wanted my life to go back to normal. Especially because I have children and dogs who depend on me to keep them safe. They also provided us with top notch service and were able to satisfy all the needs we had from them. Todd and Karol were awesome! Found a wasp nest in the soffit of our home, called and they were there the next morning to take care of it. They even gave me some helpful tips on keeping pests out. Great people and a great business that genuinely cared for my home!
