Jerry with Orkin has some of the most awesome customer service skills for someone who deals with bugs all day. He was very knowledgeable about everything I asked him and he made my family and feel better about our situation. He answered all of my questions with ease. I live in Marana and we had a horrible cricket issue this summer. My apartment complex continues to use a pest control company that uses the same spray every time and it doesn’t work! I called Orkin on a Sunday. The owner Guillermo returned my call within the hour. He was able to get me in the next day. I always trusted Orkin, and thought I have had Orkin for over a decade. I did not realize I was transferred to Orkin's "sister company" Hometeam. Hometeam has not worked out for the past couple of years, due to the time constraints of my two jobs. I called Orkin last month (thinking I was calling my pest provider) and found out about the "sister company" situation. I changed back to Orkin immediately and I just had my first service today.
