We called Orkin after another company failed to solve the problem. Guillermo and Ruben responded within an hour of our call. They did an inspection, assessed the issues and recommended the solution. We signed the contract. The next day the Orkin team arrived at 8 am and worked for 9 hours accomplishing everything they had said they would. I live in Marana and we had a horrible cricket issue this summer. My apartment complex continues to use a pest control company that uses the same spray every time and it doesn’t work! I called Orkin on a Sunday. The owner Guillermo returned my call within the hour. He was able to get me in the next day.
