These guys are great! I used Orkin when I lived in Phoenix and found them much better than other companies. I was so happy that a branch opened here in Tucson as I had well meaning, but ineffective service from some local companies in the past. I am a busy person, like work 7 days a week, can’t remember the last time I cooked, out of the house at least 10 hours a day busy. Orkin has been great for my aunt who lives in Tucson. She had an issue with scorpions in her home and we called Orkin. The franchise owner Guillermo called me personally to give ETA of tech same day we called in. Tech Jerry was very knowledgeable, and her issue subsided within 2-3 days after. I recommend Orkin in Tucson.
I've been working with Jerry for about 2 months. I waited a long time trying to battle the pests in my home using various store bought products until I finally called orkin. I have seen a big improvement in the 2 months. Still a battle but it's gotten much better. My favorite thing is that jerry has been so flexible with scheduling. Their have been times where I get caught up at work and I have to cancel, his answer is usually "we can do the same time tomorrow?" This is good company backed by great customer service!
