We originally called Orkin to help us with our mice problem in our farmhouse. We have called them twice in the first 30 day period and the issue has not been resolved. My mother called them and they said they could put poison in our eaves and crawlspace but they are wanting to charge her more for it. I am extremely disappointed in their services, resolve the issue the first time. 0/10 do NOT recommend

I've used E.P.C. for years. Their staff, from the office to the field, have always been professional and kind. Paul came out this year. He was extremely punctual, efficient and informative. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was knowledgeable. He was professional, but caring. Thanks, Paul, for the great service!

We're getting ready to move into a house that had a history of having mice. Dave came out to check things out for me to see if there was evidence of any mice being around. I was expecting him to focus mainly on one area, but he searched thru every inch of the house identifying places that I should seal up, or explaining what other things were and why mice wouldn't get in. We can say hands down, Environmental Pest Control is by far the best all around in our area. Due to multiple management and a few ownership changes in recent years we have used several companies and the moment we were given our choice we went running right back to EPC. They are quick, responsive, professional, and attentive. Their monthly service rates are incomparable. Our tech Jenson is amazing. He's very thorough, knowledgeable, and conscientious. We look forward to his visits!

Our mew location for our existing audiology practice in Grayling had a bothersome issue with yellow jackets guarding our front entrance. We tried over the counter pest sprays, but the yellow jackets only seemed to become more agitated & activated to industriously serve their Queen. We reached out to Gaylord Helping Gaylord on Facebook & local friends & neighbors unanimously recommended E.P.C.
