Tony, our technician came out and was very friendly and helpful in explaining the process. He was extremely respectful of our furniture and belongings while spraying inside her home and took the time to make a thorough spray outside. While, this was our first visit I already saw signs of it working when I came home. Super happy so far.

A yellow jacket nest developed behind the siding of my home. After calling several companies it was obvious Orkin was best equipped to eliminate these pests. Ryan, my technician was awesome! He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and within the hour, the job was done. He followed up with a phone call and repeat visit to make sure there was no activity in the area. In the future, if any other critters become an issue, I will only call Orkin.

John was knowledgeable and thought. He set locked bate stations around my yard and garden. He did advise me to stop feeding the birds to rid my yard of a food source. He also booked a follow up appointment. He assured me that the stations are locked and safe for my dogs.
