We are very impressed with the overall service that came from Orkin Canada Pest Control. However, specifically, we are exceptionally pleased with the client service that we received from Jesse. He made it extremely easy to set up appointments with him and to get the right product applied to our complete satisfaction. We also found him to be very knowledgeable about the products, flexible, dependable and very professional. Excellent client service. Well done.
We used Orkin for an inspection in Belleville. The inspector came, lovely guy he made a throughout inspections and answered all of our questions and concerns. When the time of payment came we were told that we will receive an invoice via email that we can later pay online. He called me 2 minutes later still sitting on our driveway asking for my email. Prompt responses to requests for information from the customer administrator. Seems to be reasonably priced. Tom arrived during appointment window, calling me in advance. Tom was friendly and professional, very experienced. Took time to show me what he found and explained what he was doing to deal with the issue. Have a follow up appointment next week but don’t expect it will be any different to this first visit. Would certainly use the company again, though hope I don’t have to!!
The representative seemed very friendly and knowledgeable and went over the process with us. He explained how the treatment would be applied and when we could return to our house. At this point we have not yet returned to our home, but I have every confidence it will be done in a professional manner and given the warranty, our problem of carpenter ants will be resolved.
Had stellar work performed by Justin ! I had a situation with squirrels coming into my attic, in a panic I contacted numerous pest/wildlife companies. Orkin was the first that was able to get to my house compared to ALL the rest. They were able to come within 24hrs and assessed the situation quickly.
