Great service! Very timely response which we really appreciated. The Service representative I think his name was James did a great job. Explained everything to us. We had no surprises.
Had a mouse in our brand new townhouse and called Orkin. Karen in the call center worked magic and managed to get someone out the same day. We had Mike come in and inspect the entire property, put out bait traps, etc. He was super informative and taught me so much about my home in general! Really appreciate the service we got from Orkin and especially Mike! Amazing guy!
The whole process from initial inquiry to having a technician at the house had been seamless and fantastic. Prompt responses to questions and excellent customer service has made this difficult situation much easier to deal with. Highly recommend.
The ladies in the office need some training in customer service. Learn how to LISTEN to what your customer is saying, don’t interrupt them, don’t cut them off, don’t have a bad attitude and be short with them! Wasp nest at the cottage. Reasonably price and quick turn around. They went to the property on the same day of the call. 30 day warranty. Impressed with their customer service. At the end of the day, all pest control companies provide similar solutions. It’s the customer service that makes a difference.
