Shout out to Simone Barnard in the London office, and to our local technician, Doug Bell. Right from our first contact, Simone was just the right blend of information, sympathy and comedic relief. She talked us down off the proverbial ledge and quickly had us booked for treatments. Wasp nest at the cottage. Reasonably price and quick turn around. They went to the property on the same day of the call. 30 day warranty. Impressed with their customer service. At the end of the day, all pest control companies provide similar solutions. It’s the customer service that makes a difference. Jesse and Ann from the South Eastern Ontario location were great to deal with. Highly recommend!
