I had an exterminator service with Marc C from Orkin, and he was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Although it’s still early in the treatment process, I’m hopeful it will work. I really appreciated Marc’s thoroughness and the way he explained everything clearly. Great service. I feel confident that the treatment will work moving forward. Thanks to his expertise.

Five stars for Marc C. from the Oshawa (Taunton) Orkin Pest Control location! He’s a clear communicator who always lets me know ahead of time when he’ll be coming, which gives me the chance to be ready with questions. He’s extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly—never rushing through the job. Jesse was absolutely amazing! Super knowledgeable and made me feel so much more comfortable that our problem was taken care of properly. I asked him all kinds of questions and he was personable, professional and so helpful, not only with the treatment but with what we should do to ensure the treatment is as effective as possible! 10/10 would recommend!

Shout out to Simone Barnard in the London office, and to our local technician, Doug Bell. Right from our first contact, Simone was just the right blend of information, sympathy and comedic relief. She talked us down off the proverbial ledge and quickly had us booked for treatments.
