We are very impressed with the overall service that came from Orkin Canada Pest Control. However, specifically, we are exceptionally pleased with the client service that we received from Jesse. He made it extremely easy to set up appointments with him and to get the right product applied to our complete satisfaction. We also found him to be very knowledgeable about the products, flexible, dependable and very professional. Excellent client service. Well done.

Orkin was great! From the first phone call to site inspection. Mike was my technician and he was amazing. Super personable, knowledgeable and really helpful. Highly recommend! Thanks again for the peace of mind Mike!

Prompt responses to requests for information from the customer administrator. Seems to be reasonably priced. Tom arrived during appointment window, calling me in advance. Tom was friendly and professional, very experienced. Took time to show me what he found and explained what he was doing to deal with the issue. Have a follow up appointment next week but don’t expect it will be any different to this first visit. Would certainly use the company again, though hope I don’t have to!!

Dean is so friendly and his expertise is really appreciated. It was our first time doing a tick spray for the yard, and Dean was just excellent. We had to reschedule a few times due to rain, and he was really great at being flexible. Will definitely have him back in the fall! Thanks Dean!
