The package provided by Orkin is a great package and better than others that we researched. Also, we were Incredibly impressed with the service provided by Jesse who is the Orkin representative in our area. He is absolutely fantastic about communicating with us when he’s coming, what he’s going to do, etc. Also, once he gets there, he’s brilliant. The office staff Ann & Karen and the pest control technician Jay were exceptional. They were able to provide emergency service and recommendations. I can't thank them enough for their support and service. They went above and beyond.

Shout out to Simone Barnard in the London office, and to our local technician, Doug Bell. Right from our first contact, Simone was just the right blend of information, sympathy and comedic relief. She talked us down off the proverbial ledge and quickly had us booked for treatments. Doug was our “knight in white armour (van)” and quickly reassured us that the treatments would work and that we would survive this trial. He was right. We are exhausted but unbeaten.
