We had noticed a bunch of rats feeding in the backyard on birdseed. Stopped spreading the seed. Contacted Orkin to talk to us about removing the rates. Service man came and did a complete check of our yard, Saw no evidence of rats. We replied have not seen them in 4 or 5 days. Service agent recommended to totally stop feeding birds and squirrel. Recommended that since rats have moved from food source to wait until spring and if rats return to do what is required then, rather than try the removal now as no rats are around. To... read more

I had pest control services done at my rental location and they didn't did it properly and not even 40/50% of the cockroaches and buds were cured. When I call them back, they didn't want to listen and make arrangements to make another trip to fix the problem. Worst service I have received ever. Will never do business with them

Technician showed up within the two hour window provided. Conducted an examination of premises and provided treatment that he felt would elevate the problem. Was very personable and respectful towards my property and appeared knowledgeable with respect to the products being used and where they should be placed. He also cautioned re any visiting pets should be on a leash and kept away from bait boxes.

Please with our service. The 3 month program is well worth it and Greg is awesome. He is prompt, has great communication and just overall a very polite and nice person to deal with.
