Carson diagnosed me having an issue with mice in the soffit. I am not sure how she kept a straight face when I said that the mice must have crawled up the wall of the house and crept in. She (very respectfully) explained how mice really behave especially in the colder weather. Not wall crawlers. She set bait. Came back 3 weeks later. Mice are gone. I have been educated. Thank you Carson. You are truly a gem. I truly appreciate your expertise and your kindness. I can now relax.

Wasp nest removal was great! Carsyen removed nest safely and at our request preserved it My grandson will learn about paper wasps! Great!

If I could, I wouldn’t even give them a one star I would give them an absolute zero!! I called this company set up an appointment to have them come in and take care of a wasp nest. They were supposed to phone me when they were on the way, it was a four hour Window for them to arrive and once that time was over, I phoned to find out what was going on. We have been using Orkin Pest Control for about five years and will continue to do so. Matt has been our technician every time and he is wonderful! He always remembers our problem spots without reminding , his customer service and attention to detail is second to none. Highly recommend them.
