Agent to assess. Couldn't wait to spray so rescheduled, then postponed due to rain. Came the next say as it was critical for me to finish siding the house. We contacted Orkin after discovering three early stage wasp 🐝 nests at our cottage - two of which were 20ft up at the peak of the exterior. They answered the call right away and connected us with the appropriate office and had someone out the same afternoon. Brodie was early, courteous and explained exactly what needed to be done to deal with our ant problem. He went about doing the work. He did a thorough job, and explained what he did prior to leaving. I felt good about the service and feel confident that our problem has been solved. He let us know what we can expect, and who to call should we have any further problems.
