Can't really speak to the outcome right now, but very hopeful l will not have to deal with carpenter ants again, or at least until the spring. Staff was amazing from my initial contact, through working with the very friendly and helpful technician and even paying my bill, all very professional and knowledgeable. While l hope to not speak to them again for a while, l would definitely do so if need be.

Wasp nest removal was great! Carsyen removed nest safely and at our request preserved it My grandson will learn about paper wasps! Great!

0 stars if possible. I Have reached out 3 times for help, first time was this spring , then this summer and fall. They couldn't return my call. Email me back or get me a quote. They couldnt even get back to me AT ALL. Very unprofessional. I had severe wasp nesting in my back deck and was unable to use my yard this year. Now the colder weather is here I was able to seal them in myself. What and awful experience. I wouldn't recommend to these people to anyone. Call someone else or do it yourself. Absolute dissapointment.

Fabulous customer service starting with Darlene in the office right to Ryan the tech. Both were very knowledgeable, detailed and a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars for sure!

Very responsive to an emergency. I had a young racoon actually in my bedroom. It had come up through the heating vent in my floor The wildlife technician Byron was amazing. Very professional and kind. The racoon was trapped successfully. Fingers crossed the situation is resolved.
