Extremely Disorganized & Unreliable Service We had an urgent commercial situation and contacted Orkin Barrie expecting professional, coordinated support. Unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. There were no timely call backs, despite multiple requests. Can't really speak to the outcome right now, but very hopeful l will not have to deal with carpenter ants again, or at least until the spring. Staff was amazing from my initial contact, through working with the very friendly and helpful technician and even paying my bill, all very professional and knowledgeable. While l hope to not speak to them again for a while, l would definitely do so if need be.

Fabulous customer service starting with Darlene in the office right to Ryan the tech. Both were very knowledgeable, detailed and a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars for sure!

If I could, I wouldn’t even give them a one star I would give them an absolute zero!! I called this company set up an appointment to have them come in and take care of a wasp nest. They were supposed to phone me when they were on the way, it was a four hour Window for them to arrive and once that time was over, I phoned to find out what was going on. Wasp nest removal was great! Carsyen removed nest safely and at our request preserved it My grandson will learn about paper wasps! Great!
