Extremely Disorganized & Unreliable Service We had an urgent commercial situation and contacted Orkin Barrie expecting professional, coordinated support. Unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. There were no timely call backs, despite multiple requests. Each representative we spoke to had no awareness of previous conversations, no internal notes, and no clear understanding of the urgency. Can't really speak to the outcome right now, but very hopeful l will not have to deal with carpenter ants again, or at least until the spring. Staff was amazing from my initial contact, through working with the very friendly and helpful technician and even paying my bill, all very professional and knowledgeable. While l hope to not speak to them again for a while, l would definitely do so if need be.

Fabulous customer service starting with Darlene in the office right to Ryan the tech. Both were very knowledgeable, detailed and a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars for sure!

Very responsive to an emergency. I had a young racoon actually in my bedroom. It had come up through the heating vent in my floor The wildlife technician Byron was amazing. Very professional and kind. The racoon was trapped successfully. Fingers crossed the situation is resolved.
