Phillipe came and addressed my concerns and said he saw no signs that any rodents were in my home and he told me how to fix the metal screening under my sun room, add spray foam and I bought traps from Canadian tire that catch many rodents and kill them. Easy enough for an old lady to do for peace of mind. I will watch it for 2 weeks and if I see no activity I'm good. Otherwise I'll call them again.
A local employee came to perform a quick assessment and treatment of our pest issues. Areas I suggested were pest free are now covered with dead black and carpenter ants. Wow. I’m happy he listened to my concerns but used his own professional knowledge and judgment to treat the issue. So far I am very happy with the results. I still see ants a couple weeks later, but they are sick and dying. I believe the issue was more serious than I previously thought. I highly recommend this company. The technician from Orkin was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. He was here right when he said he would be here and was very thorough. He said he will be be back in two weeks to check and make sure the treatment is working. I know several people who have used Orkin and I have always heard very good things about them.
