Always professional! I’ve been using Orkin for more than 20 years and I’ve never been disappointed. The technicians are fantastic and accommodating. For me, in a spider infested community, it is well worth the money for the maintenance program. If I had an invasion, I wouldn’t think twice of calling them.

The staff on the phone and the person who came out were all professional and kind. We had a wasp nest inside our siding which we only discovered because of the strange cat purr noise coming from the inside walls. They were able to treat it and so far the next day there is no more signs of wasp activity.

Just has Joe come out for an inspection. His knowledge and expertise are truly amazing. I would highly recommend Joe for any of your pest control needs. He is very honest, understanding and professional.

I have been using Orkin for the past few years. Whatever they use, works. I have no complaints about their products. I have a small issue with the communication between the customer and the logistics aspect of the service. I was scheduled for a specific date between the hours of 8 am and 4pm. At 2:30 pm I called to confirm the appointment, as it was made months ago. I was told " yes you are scheduled for this afternoon" . It would be nice if their system could inform the customer prior to the appointment if it was in the mor... read more

The technician was very informative and polite. The only draw back was how long I had to wait when things where not good here. Adding more technicians would certainly ease the wait time. But I'd definitely use Orkin again.
