I will never use a different pest control company ever again after using Orkin. They are hands down the best company I have ever used. They are super efficient, friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable, and have gone above and beyond to help out with our situation. Dave was amazing to deal with, and so were the ladies in the office. I would only ever recommend using Orkin.
Joe is great... courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and just an overall great experience and he can come back to my house anytime. The products also are great because my old house attracts all sorts of critters and bugs because it is wood and I'm near a water source.
Worker driving this truck was holding a metal bar as seen in photo and threatening me calling me a "goof" after I told him it wasn't a good way to treat a person, after he was blocking entrance way into storage facility for over 10 minutes, making me block traffic on a snowy road so he could get belongings out of a storage unit. I deal with Orkin through my work in property management. Their team always go above and beyond. When we have irrelevant questions and they are swamped, they still make time, so we can make informed decisions. From the people in the office (special shout out to Sam who deals with my panic the most), and the great patient technicians who meet us and our tenants on site, to the level of service and detail to ensure our problems are resolved… I’m super impressed and very grateful for this team.
Always professional! I’ve been using Orkin for more than 20 years and I’ve never been disappointed. The technicians are fantastic and accommodating. For me, in a spider infested community, it is well worth the money for the maintenance program. If I had an invasion, I wouldn’t think twice of calling them.
