The technician from Orkin was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. He was here right when he said he would be here and was very thorough. He said he will be be back in two weeks to check and make sure the treatment is working. I know several people who have used Orkin and I have always heard very good things about them. I am very happy with the service I have received. Thank you Orkin and thank you to all your wonderful staff!
Samar came to my property to do an initial inspection and also ended up doing a treatment by setting traps and bait stations. From the moment I met Samar he was extremely professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to explain how Orkin kills the pests and how everything works and also looked over my entire property for possible points of entry etc. I would highly recommend this company and would personally ask for Samar bc he was very thorough and very professional. We had Joe in to get rid of our German cockroach issue. Thank god we caught it very quickly! Joe came in and did what he needed to do and took the time to explain every step and answer the myriad of questions we had. He was knowledgeable and respectful and he relieved my crazed anxiety about the whole ordeal. A million thanks, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.
Had them coming to bait my unit but they never actually came as i had tried to cancel it because i wouldnt be home that day. Despite having not entered my home they made a statement saying that my house cat who is the friendliest being on planet earth had attacked and scratched them. This being the same cat that refuses to chase bugs of any sort let alone a human. I can understand saying a few mean things but coming after my animals is low
