I have been using Orkin for the past few years. Whatever they use, works. I have no complaints about their products. I have a small issue with the communication between the customer and the logistics aspect of the service. I was scheduled for a specific date between the hours of 8 am and 4pm. At 2:30 pm I called to confirm the appointment, as it was made months ago. I was told " yes you are scheduled for this afternoon" . I contacted Orkin on the spur of the moment regarding an ant issue, they gave me a quote over the phone and a technician came out the same day. Wow, wasn’t expecting such prompt service! Mitchell was friendly, courteous, and professional. He explained the process and had things done in no time. It’s been over a week and I have had a significant reduction in ants inside the house and outside. The few I have seen are dead or almost dead. I was very pleased with the work that an Orkin technician, Joe Carter, did at our house today. Joe did not rush his examination of the problem areas in question. He was very thorough and thoughtful in his approach. His calm demeanor allowed me opportunities to seek further information or to ask questions.
