technician was a 10 out of 10! friendly and knowledgeable. knew what types of insects i had. another company had been out previously and couldnt tell one bug from another. one big issue is honesty. didnt try to sell me something i didnt need. recommend highly and was impressed by integrity and honesty. would certainly recommend highly!
Phillipe came and addressed my concerns and said he saw no signs that any rodents were in my home and he told me how to fix the metal screening under my sun room, add spray foam and I bought traps from Canadian tire that catch many rodents and kill them. Easy enough for an old lady to do for peace of mind. I will watch it for 2 weeks and if I see no activity I'm good. Otherwise I'll call them again.
The Orkin staff in London were wonderful to work with. The staff in the office when I spoke to them on the phone were super understanding and nice when I was in distress about my situation. Samar was great to talk to when he came into my home to do the inspection and spray. I have nothing but positive things to say as they put my mind at ease and helped me through a difficult situation.
David Alderton ,technician at Orkin is extremely knowlegeable. He takes the time to explain the pest dynamics, the household protocols to prepare and manage the living surroundings without prejudice, or judgement. He puts you at ease and makes you feel less stressed. He has a personality, kind, and not just a bug guy!! Thankyou for your professionalism! Cross fingers, all these treatments work and we can breathe again!
A local employee came to perform a quick assessment and treatment of our pest issues. Areas I suggested were pest free are now covered with dead black and carpenter ants. Wow. I’m happy he listened to my concerns but used his own professional knowledge and judgment to treat the issue. So far I am very happy with the results. I still see ants a couple weeks later, but they are sick and dying. I believe the issue was more serious than I previously thought. I highly recommend this company. Hesitation could cause further issues... read more
