Phillipe came and addressed my concerns and said he saw no signs that any rodents were in my home and he told me how to fix the metal screening under my sun room, add spray foam and I bought traps from Canadian tire that catch many rodents and kill them. Easy enough for an old lady to do for peace of mind. I will watch it for 2 weeks and if I see no activity I'm good. Otherwise I'll call them again.

The Orkin staff in London were wonderful to work with. The staff in the office when I spoke to them on the phone were super understanding and nice when I was in distress about my situation. Samar was great to talk to when he came into my home to do the inspection and spray. I have nothing but positive things to say as they put my mind at ease and helped me through a difficult situation.

A local employee came to perform a quick assessment and treatment of our pest issues. Areas I suggested were pest free are now covered with dead black and carpenter ants. Wow. I’m happy he listened to my concerns but used his own professional knowledge and judgment to treat the issue. So far I am very happy with the results. I still see ants a couple weeks later, but they are sick and dying. I believe the issue was more serious than I previously thought. I highly recommend this company. Technician was good a d very friendly. Not sure how good the product is yet, too early. Very disappointed that I was charged on a card they had on file and not used in three years. Charged without my permission. Should not have happened. Did phone and voiced my displeasure.

Josh came on time and applied a fantastic lethal powder with a long distance pole applicator. No wasps after 2 days. Fantastic!
