Communication with Orkin was excellent and Sunny called when he was 20 minutes from arriving as we were told at the time we set up the appointment. We got an appointment within 24 hours. He was very informative and clear with the procedure and treatment that was going to take place. We understood it much better. We didn't realize initially that there was going to be a second treatment and booked it directly with him. thank you for helping us out.

I booked an appointment specifically for bed bug treatment, made it very clear what I needed, and took time off work because I urgently needed the problem solved. When the technician arrived, I was told they were only there to do an inspection, not the treatment. I already knew 100% that I had bed bugs — I didn’t need or ask for an inspection.
