Scott, an expert Orkin technician came to remove raccoons in our attic. Scott evaluated the situation and clearly explained the process and the recommend solution including a prevention plan after removing the raccoons. The price was reasonable given that 3 years ago, another company charged me almost the same price but did not properly secure the house since raccoons were able to access the attic. Communication with Orkin was excellent and Sunny called when he was 20 minutes from arriving as we were told at the time we set up the appointment. We got an appointment within 24 hours. He was very informative and clear with the procedure and treatment that was going to take place. We understood it much better. We didn't realize initially that there was going to be a second treatment and booked it directly with him. thank you for helping us out.

Rob was amazing. He listened to my questions, handled the wasp nest under my house siding quickly and professionally. Stuck around to monitoring the hive, found several other areas around the outside of my house with wasp activity and sprayed those areas as well. Great service and enjoyed Rob’s knowledge on wasps and their habitat activities. Great job

Rob S. was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. With the dry weather we had this year, there were many insects (new species too) around the yard and house. Rob explained the treatment and schedule, he is always prompt and very friendly, personable and professional. We noticed a huge difference in the insect sightings (very few) in the landscaping (front & back yard), back deck and front porch. We would highly recommend Orkin and Rob to family and friends.

The technician that dealt with our mouse issue was knowledgeable and friendly, and implemented a preventive solution quickly and efficiently. Time will tell but I'm confident problem has been resolved, and pleased that if not they will return and deal with the issue without further charges.
