Communication with Orkin was excellent and Sunny called when he was 20 minutes from arriving as we were told at the time we set up the appointment. We got an appointment within 24 hours. He was very informative and clear with the procedure and treatment that was going to take place. We understood it much better. We didn't realize initially that there was going to be a second treatment and booked it directly with him. thank you for helping us out.
Rob was amazing. He listened to my questions, handled the wasp nest under my house siding quickly and professionally. Stuck around to monitoring the hive, found several other areas around the outside of my house with wasp activity and sprayed those areas as well. Great service and enjoyed Rob’s knowledge on wasps and their habitat activities. Great job
Knowledgeable, easy to talk to. Answered everything. Didn’t want to rush off. Arrived on time to the minute. Time will till if the pests are gone. I especially appreciate that their truck says “management services” not “pest control”. It’s nobody’s business that I have pests. This is a small town and everyone knows everything. I would certainly recommend them.
I have only good things to say about my experience with Orkin. The technician Rob (in Orleans) who has come to my house 3 times; once for the inspection, then to spray the house, and then a follow up (because I found one more live pest) has been extremely helpful, accessible and available. Rob answered all my questions via and text and put my mind at ease. Pests can be very difficult to get rid of, however, I would recommend Orkin to anyone. Orkin will see you through the process.
Customer service is clueless, tech showed up, told me what I already knew. Was looking for a concrete solution here. Asked for a quote ASAP after last the "inspection" on the 15th. Was told they thought the tech has already included a quote. No, they didn't. Anyhow like any other large company, nobody actually cares or wants to do good work, this is industry wide in fact!!!
