Scott, an expert Orkin technician came to remove raccoons in our attic. Scott evaluated the situation and clearly explained the process and the recommend solution including a prevention plan after removing the raccoons. The price was reasonable given that 3 years ago, another company charged me almost the same price but did not properly secure the house since raccoons were able to access the attic. From the beginning, Orkin was quick to respond to my messages about our pest issue. They arranged for a technician to come to my house as soon as possible, which help with my peace of mind.
