I called Orkin for an inspection and was first off impressed by their ‘front office’ reception. Everything was efficient, call was answered right away, the lady with whom I spoke was clear, polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Update on review below - remains 5 star! There was a mouse caught on each of Day 2, Day 12 and Day 14. Orkin suggested a two-week follow-up if mice were still being caught. So Rob came back 5 days after my request, checked the outside perimeter again and set some more traps, including one I had tripped myself. It has now been 6 weeks since the first visit and no more mice have been caught or detected inside. I am mouse-free. Orkin and Rob did the job! We had a squirrel problem. The young man from Orkin explained to us what the problem really was, what it was not, we needed to do, and what we did not need to do. His professional experience and advice solved our problem in the simplest way and saved us a lot of money. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and did not try to push services or upsell. Could not have been a better customer experience.

The gentleman who came to my house was so professional. I asked thousands of questions and he patiently answered all of them. He was efficient, worked quickly and was super kind. The gal I spoke to initially to book the appointment was also very helpful and kind. It's nice to have patience and kindness in the world today. Thank you!

Natalie and her trained dog Rocky were professional and considerate in our home. She thoroughly explained all the evidence to look for and what she was doing. She asked permission to have the dog on the bed and sofa to do his job thoroughly. Report of findings came via email that day. Thank you for my peace of mind. Would consult again! PS Rocky was a gem- smart, well behaved, followed orders!
