Very Happy with service provided by Orkin Canada. The technician came out and gave us a quote for racoon proofing our home. Promised to come back in 2 days. He ended up not being able to come due to a medical problem. He got in touch with us immediately. We only had to wait one extra day to have another tech. arrive. He came today, it was very cold (January) and he did the work up on the roof, in about 4-5 hours. It had to be difficult. I might add that both young men were extremely pleasant and polite. Scott, an expert Orkin technician came to remove raccoons in our attic. Scott evaluated the situation and clearly explained the process and the recommend solution including a prevention plan after removing the raccoons. The price was reasonable given that 3 years ago, another company charged me almost the same price but did not properly secure the house since raccoons were able to access the attic. Thomas came to our cottage, quite out of the way to quote us on dealing with a bat issue. He was very friendly, professional and fast. Very happy with the service thus far. The only negative is the price is on the higher end.

After a stay in a hotel just before the holidays, mysterious bites started to appear within a week of being home. I thought Orkin is one of the best pest controllers based on the reviews here. However, it should be case by case and I am maybe not lucky this time, the area manager - Ottawa and West, Stephane Aube, even he seemed like very professional at his first inspection, on the day of treatment he was not quite responsive saying in a meeting when the technician was late.
