Sunny did a good job. We had him spray the outside, then spray the insides after we cleared out most of the main level. He advised us that a wooden retaining wall in front of our front room's bay window is entirely colonized and I am looking for someone to replace it with concrete. We've accepted Orkin's maintenance program too. I liked the fact that we discussed the details and I asked that they be a bit aggressive (as clearing out the main level was a chore) and we vacated for a night. It all worked out well. Paid $75 for an inspection, $1000+ for to clean up, and then another $1800+ for deep steam clean. Paid nearly $3000 in total for a small attic area clean up. One young man only worked in the property for around 4 to 5 hours. The guy just grabbed the noticeable insulation by hand. He even didn't use vacuum to clean the small residue pieces in the attic, and he charged over $1000 for this unprofessional "clean up" job. Especially for the deep steam clean, I paid for over $1800. I have not paid for their services but I was staying with a friend who was renting in a building they were performing scheduled maintenance in due to an ongoing cockroach infestation and I was very impressed with the professionalism of the technician who attended. He was very kind and thorough, and very patient with my friend who has difficulty cleaning their home due to their disabilities. Haven’t wrote a review in a while but I had a pleasure speaking to a kind receptionist named Sam, she was calm, kind, and answered all my questions and booked me next week for an inspection on the issues I’m having.
