We were very much impressed by the service Orkin provided. I called Orkin with what we thought was a raccoon in our attic. An appointment was made with Orkin who sent out the best technician anyone could ask for - Mikayla. She explained what she was going to do - a ground level inspection, followed by her going up on the roof of our split level home. She took many pictures and of course showed them to us. Scott, an expert Orkin technician came to remove raccoons in our attic. Scott evaluated the situation and clearly explained the process and the recommend solution including a prevention plan after removing the raccoons. The price was reasonable given that 3 years ago, another company charged me almost the same price but did not properly secure the house since raccoons were able to access the attic. We used Orkin to deal with a bedbug issue brought into our home. The company was responsive and helpful and Holly was amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable, personable and efficient. She is also very honest and seems to really care about the work she does, however unpleasant. If you ever find yourself in the position where you need to use this type of service, make sure you ask for Holly. 😊

Sunny is very knowledgeable and was thorough in researching the problem. I have larger property and he searched all of the outer buildings to ensure we didn’t have multiple problem areas. We eventually caught the critter and I really enjoyed working with Sunny. He’s a nice man and good at what he does.
