After seeing Orkin across the street at my neighbors, I spoke to her about the service. With their number in hand I went home and called. I was given a lot of information on all the services they offered. They made an appointment for that week. Then it rained all week, we rescheduled. They arrived when they said they would. We left for the day, removing the cat for 10 hrs, humans and the dog, 5 hrs... so far we have not seen another carpenter ant. Very happy with the service. Will 100% recommend.

Had a very informative conversation with James. He came to my home, looked at the problem I was having, told me what needed to be done. James preceded to do what he mentioned. Will call back in 2 weeks as suggested. Would highly recommend Orkin and James for there efficiency. Thank you again.

Joel was so helpful. We were so upset that a racoon tore up our roof and tried to gain entry to our attic. Joel set a trap and gave us pointers on what to do to make sure it does not happen again. The racoon did not return...thank God! We would recommend this company to anyone having wildlife creature problems!!! Thank you for your help.
