The person(s) who did our service was very professional and friendly. Also did a good job. The reason l am giving them a 2 star is the communication I received with the call center. Our appointment was 10.00 / 12.00. I booked the day off boarded our 2 cats and put our dog in doggy daycare. (We live in Irishtown) This was in June. We are to be out of house for at least 4 hours. Joel is wonderful! He's knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. He responds to our calls (in between regular quarterly appointments when we're in need. He's taken care of the pests around our home. We will hire Orkin - Joel - again for all our pest control needs. Price is worth the peace of mind and service received. Thank you!

This is my second year for using this company for pest control. I found the price was comparable to others. Very prompt with scheduled appointments. The gentleman that came to our home was lovely. I definitely would recommend this company. If another competitor offered me a lower price I would refuse and stick with Orkin.

Very professional! Definitely knows what he’s talking about and reassured us that the treatment will work, which it does as we have used JEFF’s services for a while and he is always willing to help and solve the problems. As well he takes care to mention that he guarantees his work. Will say had no issues that warranted a call back.

Very impressed with the technician’s knowledge and professionalism! Will be having Johnathan back in the Spring. Thanks for helping quell the spiders on our home and garage. Looking forward to less cluster flies as well. Great job and I highly recommend!!
