I had a very positive experience with Richard who came to my condo for an inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He was extremely good at his job and was very courteous and friendly and made me feel very comfortable and at ease in what could have been a very stressful situation. I highly commend him. There should be more Richards in the world! Thank you for the great service!
Christian was the tech assigned to our case. He arrived within the time window, and was courteous and thorough. He communicated clearly with me his findings and recommendations. In the days since the appointment, we’ve noticed quick improvement. Orkin’s price was very reasonable, too. I highly recommend their service.

Very disappointed with Orkin K9. We were told our home was clear based on their dog’s inspection, but it turned out to be a false negative. This gave us a false sense of security and delayed proper treatment. For a service that’s supposed to be reliable and specialized, this was unacceptable. We will never use Orkin K9 again and would not recommend them.
