The office was great in finding my file and then setting up a convenient appointment. The technician, Ryan was fantastic. He called ahead of time to say that he would be arriving soon. We discussed the issue and went over where the hot spots were and the steps that he would take. After he finished he called again to let me know what he did, and shared additional great advice on what else I could do that would also limit or prevent the insects from returning, that were not related to the house (e.g., around the yard). Orkin has provided our company outstanding service for several years. They are quick to respond and handle any issues. Matthew Schell is always friendly, informative and does an excellent job every month. We are changing premises and unfortunately will not require the companies services anymore, however we know who to call if additional assistance is needed.
No one likes dealing with pests but if you have them, Orkin is the one to call. They are courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of your surroundings. I have had Richard deal with carpenter ants in my home from a water leak and he has been amazing!! Great job Orkin. Thanks for your help.
From the first phone call to the service at my door, Orkin has been exceptional. The person I spoke with treated me respectfully and helped me to arrange a time that worked for me. Greg Poole was my serviceman and he was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I have used Orkin 3 or 4 times in the past and everytime I've had a similar experience. I would highly recommend this service to deal with ant problems and pests.
Had Orkin come twice last year and all ants were gone, so I called again and had the area sprayed again and more bait set. Haven’t seen any ants in several days hopefully they are gone. Great service. I would highly recommend
