I had a very positive experience with Richard who came to my condo for an inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He was extremely good at his job and was very courteous and friendly and made me feel very comfortable and at ease in what could have been a very stressful situation. I highly commend him. Most impressive ever after 23 years! I have been a long-term home warranty customer with Orkin for 23 years and I have never experienced such a conscientious, motivated, smart, informative, and self initiated worker as Amarri. He explained every interior bait station, and he found mistakes made by previous techs. One of them being two bait stations that were not even properly inserted in the attic!
