Had an absolutely wonderful experience with my Orkin Inspector Matt and his wonderful dog. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and do a complete inspection that I was completely satisfied with. Our technician did a very thorough inspection and did not find anything that was a potential issue with rodents, squirrels. Found nothing and only charged us for one hour service call. That’s what I call great customer service, which is often overlooked by other companies. We really appreciated the prompt response by the office to schedule a date and time that was convenient.
