I was so impressed with the technician Aaron. Professional, knowledgeable and very encouraging. I am unreasonably fearful of rats...so would not want to see one. He found the entry point quickly. He put me at ease.

Franklyn was great, arrived on time and assessed the situation and put down traps and baits. Bought the year package and set follow up appointment 4 weeks from now. Would give 5 stars but want to see some results first.

Stefano G who did my inspection was amazing and super thorough. He was able to confirm the type of tiny bug I had and instilled trust and confidence about how my issue would resolve. You can tell he's very knowledgable and he was also a super pleasant guy. I am thankful for this great experience with Orkin after a terrible one with Terminix - I will definitely be only using Orkin from now on!

I found Orkin online after finding cockroaches in my townhouse they’re call was incredibly informative of preventative measures as well as a timely appointment to my house within 24 hours of my initial concern. The tech that came by Cohan was amazing very friendly and kind and did an amazing job

We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Orkin. We had some work done in our backyard and found an infestation of ant hills everywhere. I called Orkin and within 24 hrs, the technician was able to address the issue. We were given a 3 hour window and Noel arrived within the first hour. He called to let us know he was on his way.
