Had an absolutely wonderful experience with my Orkin Inspector Matt and his wonderful dog. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and do a complete inspection that I was completely satisfied with. If I ever have concerns in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to have them come back again. They were a great team. Thanks again!
Both the booking and then the arrival of a technician from Orkin was easy and quick. When the technician arrived on site, and on time as booked, she assessed the situation quickly. Our technician did a very thorough inspection and did not find anything that was a potential issue with rodents, squirrels. Found nothing and only charged us for one hour service call. That’s what I call great customer service, which is often overlooked by other companies. We really appreciated the prompt response by the office to schedule a date and time that was convenient.
Although the phone support was a good start.,my actual technician was not reassuring. He didn’t know if I would receive a warranty. Didn’t say much about carpenter ants other than, “Whoa you’ve got a lot of ants”. Couldn’t address my hornet issue inspite of my reporting this on the initial phone call. I don’t not want a repeat visit from that technician. (I opted not to use his name here). 2 days after his visit the carpenter ants seemed to be replaced with small house ants.
Had my second treatment today. It's such a stressful and difficult time to have bed bugs. Azmal and Karan took time to talk me through the habits of bb's. Azmal told me what he was looking for and how the chemicals work. He is an expert technician and also aware of the traumatic experience I am going through.
